Worst breakfast experience ever

understaffed restaurant serving breakfast for the Sheraton. One time only and will visit never again. After being seated waited for ever to get coffee. Buffet empty and serving cold food. Very overpriced for the quality they serve.

The Daily Grill is an upscale restaurant (any place with linen tablecloths is upscale to me) directly across the street from the Seattle Convention Center, the location of the Northwest Flower and Garden Show. When my sister and I attend the show each year, the Daily Grill is one of the restaurants where we absolutely have to eat. Their chicken... More

I had breakfast here once whilst staying at the Sheraton - standard American fare with plenty of Coffee.. a bit expensive though, but it is attached to a 5* hotel I guess..

There is an entrance off of Pike Street or through the hotel entrance on Sixth Street. The restaurant features Manhattan Clam Chowder everyday. The service was very good. Very good children's menu. The menu has a light meal to a full meal and features their daily seafood specials. The desert menu Key Lime Pie is excellent. A selection of 600... More

While in Seattle for a Conference, I went on the hunt for an alternative to the processed prepackaged Starbucks breakfasts. I quick wander around to Pike St and wound up at the Daily Grill. This restaurant is attached to a hotel (the Sheraton, I think) and is a bit higher priced as a result. Overall our experience was good. Service... More

Great bartender Larry, Xmas night was busy but lots of people interaction, cheery conversation. Friendly service.

We got our food pretty quickly, and it was excellent. The waiter was efficient and pleasant to talk to. It was pretty dark in there, so I don't know how clean it is, but it was busy, so that bodes well.

The decor and seating area had a nice cosy feel. My family and I came here from Canada for Christmas in 2012 but had a different experience this Christmas. We dined late..at 8:45, despite calling earlier to check we were told that the buffet was closing when we arrived. This was not mentioned when we called regarding our reservation so... More

Despite booking a table, it took 15 mins after we sat down for our order to be taken. The food arrived in stages meaning some of us were finished before the others started. Service staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to cope. The food was ok, but waiting 45 mins for a main is unforgivable.

The Daily Grill bailed out the Sheraton when we were left high and dry when they closed their Club Lounge for breakfast without notice. We got vouchers at the front desk (we had to ask for them), and in a sour mood, headed to the Daily Grill for a late brunch, after we quickly packed up so we could check... More
