We ate here on a Monday night and there was a pretty good crowd by 7 or so but no problem getting a table. The design is quite nice and has a really nice vibe. The food was good. I ordered the Gnocchi alla Romana which were nicely done but a tad on the rich side for me. For appetizers... More

We went their on a recommendation. The food was so good! The service was the best part. Everyone was so friendly. We were in the mood for something besides seafood. You can tell the pasta is so fresh and homemade. It was to die for! It was my favorite meal of the trip!

Love this place for happy hour (or non-happy hour drink & snack). Cocktails are well done and with Italian flare although the wine quality for happy hour is not ideal. better to select something off the glass menu. The food is never a miss, though, with well chosen charcuterie and seasonal crostini or bruschetta. This last time we had a... More

Some of the best Italian food in Seattle in a casual but still upscale atmosphere! Can be a little more expensive than other Italian places but worth it. I love coming here for Happy Hour experience! They provide full-sized portions (smaller menu selection) for a fantastic price and outside seating when the weather is nice. The pasta is always perfectly... More

We went for pasta, I was a bit disappointed as it was pasta dishes with a twist. I ordered the Gnocchi and was disappointed, they were shaped like two checkers stacked on top of one another, made with semolina flour, not potato and tasted like polenta cakes. The sauce was fabulous, but I couldn't get past the round heavy disc.... More

Dined there with my wife a two children. Everything from the appetizers to dessert was fantastic. I highly recommend the bursts and rigatoni.

Tonight at Tavolata my wife and I started with the Heirloom Tomato salad, perfect. Then both entrees were amazing. The lemon donuts for dessert. The end to a great meal.

Pasta was perfectly done and sauces were wonderfully flavorful but service after seating was notably slow. Seated at 5 and our drinks were served 20 minutes later. When we were seated we were the only table inside at the time. I noted that our waiter had to polish all our wine glasses before bringing them to the table. I appreciate... More

My husband is still talking about the salmon dish he had, and the technique of cooking it well on the skin side and, as it is so fresh, rarer on the top. I think my mushroom ravioli was maybe the best ravioli I've ever had. Everyone in our party was happy, from the fish lover, vegetarian to meat devotee. And... More

We were in town visiting friends and they booked the four of us a table. The service was great with friendly staff, there was lots of choices on the menu, but the spicy rigatoni will take some beating it was delicious. This was enjoyed with a few bottles of red wine and then a great lemonciello. A great night... :-)
