Although the restaurant has been around awhile I've never had the opportunity to visit with so many choices in the Belltown area. Still when we sat down and saw the happy hour menu we were surprised by the rich choices. Most places limit you to traditional bar small plates but in Tavolta it is possible to really get a very... The food was soo delicious! A friend and I ordered the Bread Service (with Castelvetrano Olives, Aged Balsamic Vinegar), Fried Brussel Sprouts (with Bagna Cauda Aioli, Pangrattato), Rigatoni (with Spicy Sausage, Tomato, Marjoram, Parmesan) and Papardelle (with Ragu, Mint, Chili, Grana Padano). We were so impressed, everything looked simple but was really tasty. Our only complaints would be the cold... More

Great all-round experience here on a Friday night before theatre stop. Made easy reservation using Opentable. The service was engaging, convivial and quite helpful navigating though the many delicious sounding options. Wine list had a nice variety with a great spread of prices. Apps were tasty - great salumi board. Entrees the perfect size and delectable - perfect pasta. This... More

My husband and I went with another couple. We loved it! They take reservations. To avoid the talked about noise in this thread, we sat upstairs at a 4 top near the window (not scenic view but nice cold air). My husband loved his scallops saying they were the best he has ever had. I loved the ravoli in brown... More

From our welcome, I was curious how this was going to go. The hostess was a little condescending considering we did have reservations. I was a little surprised when the waitress removed our plates while we were still working on our appetizers. That being said, everyone at the table enjoyed their dinner- the food was well presented and prepared. Truth... More

I went here with a friend to celebrate her birthday. We were going to just do their happy hour but couldn't get a seat at the bar so we had dinner. I am so happy we did. The beer salad was an amazing experience, every bite a delight! We shared a pasta and the fish a agin an amazing experience.... More

We came in as a walk in at 8:30 for dinner - greeted and we sat at the bar where Amy took good care of us. I like being attended to but not too intrusive. We had great cocktails and salmon bruschetta appetizer delicious. We ordered pasta, ravioli and gnocchi - which we ate despite being full. We ended with... More

Great dining experience. From the moment we were greeted by the hostess to getting our drinks to the awesome food, everything was fantastic. Normally I do not like chick peas or celery, but the side dish featuring both of these items was delicious. Luckily, I was with a big group and was able to taste a lot of items. I... More
