I had the flatbread and rigatoni, both were quite good. Happy hour prices make the visit worth it. Good service, attentive and friendly staff.
Any meal that includes anchovies and beets gets my vote. To start, I had a a very tasty roasted beet dish that came with watercress, pistachios, and ricotta. I loved it. I nibbled on crusty bread dunked in olive oil and balsamic and sipped red wine while waiting on my main course -- spaghetti with ANCHOVIES and garlic. I emphasize... More
This was a Sunday night post-wedding evening out for a group of 27 - locals and visitors - up in the mezzanine. We went with a $30 prix fixe option which included: nice salad, high-quality cold cuts, amazing gnocchi, melt-in-your-mouth roasted pork, spicy rapini and choco-dipping zepole. We had a great dinner at Tavolata. We got a couple of different pastas and shared them. We also ordered a salad and it was delicious and large enough to feed two. Our waitress was very nice and suggested wine as well as a wonderful dessert.
We go to Tavolata quite often and love their food. Ingredients are fresh, cocktails are good, and atmosphere is stunning! We have recommended Tavolata several times and everyone of our friends that goes there...loves it! The service is always great! Thanks Tavolata!
We had two wonderful nights here. Once outside in the small sidewalk café. Once inside .Both were fantastic. Pasta, and fish were wonderful. We had a fine dry Rose and a nice Red blend .Staff was very helpful.
We went to a private party and had a fabulous time with really good food and extremely helpful staff. People walking around, snapping pictures, hugging didn't faze the wait staff as they maneuvered carrying salmon bruschetta - wow. The best gnocchi I have ever had with a wonderful cheese. The asparagus was perfection.
Read all about this exciting self promoting group of eateries before we hit this one. On a warm day the glass front was open and it all looked good. Good service, pleasant wall table for two. Bar looked good. Thing is after a spend of $172 for two, I cant remember anything good enough to get me back.
I would not call this Italian but we enjoyed it except for the noise as there is no deadening except for the human contents! Our waitress was helpful though she did have to ask chefs a few questions for us. There is a good selection of wines, beers and cocktails and they are not overpriced. The food was fairly good... More
