Great place for lunch

Came back to this restaurant for a second time while in Seattle- fresh food, artfully prepared- and delicious! Reasonably priced- highly recommend.

Local friends recommended this restaurant to us and it was near where we were staying so we decided to check it out. Went early and was able to get a table although it was packed which was surprising for 530pm. The service was great. Our server was very attentive and friendly. The food was amazing. The spread that comes with... More

My waiter Joseph was amazing and so was the food. He recognized that I was traveling alone for business and stepped up to make the evening memorable rather than an ordinary meal alone. After a short conversation, I put my menu choices in his hands and the adventure began. Not only did he work with the kitchen to create several... More

Barolo is a relative upscale italian restaurant with fresh homemade Pasta. The Linguini, Ravioli, and Gnocchi are homemade and very well prepared. We had four Pasta dishes: The beef and ricotta Ravioli, the Lamb Ragu with homemade Linguini, the Lamb Ragu with Penne, and the Smoked Salmon and Asparagus in a cream sauce with homemade Linguini. All were good, the... More

Barolo is fabulous in many ways but its gem is the bar scene pretty much any evening. The bar area is small so get there early and enjoy the fabulous people watching while sipping on your cocktail and nibbles. Happy Hour is always worth the trip, there are excellent items to choose from to keep you nibbling all evening. If... More

Great wine list, menu, and atmosphere. The calamari and cheese appetizers were stellar. I had pasta with lamb ragu which I loved, and my husband said his ossobuco was great. Would go back.

We went to Barolo's for New Years Eve, I had made our reservation a month in advance. We arrived a half hour early and decided to sit at the bar and have a drink prior to dinner, much to our surprise it was still 'happy hour' and we were able to order a bottle of Italian red wine for $15... More

Barolo lives up to its name with a great wine list of mostly Italian selections. The vibe is very "Miami", all white, sleek, chandeliers/candlelight, and soft background techno music. My pasta dish was excellent but my counterpart wasn't overly excited about their choice. The food was simple and well prepared Mediterranean style Italian (lots of seafood, light sauce). Little pricey... More

The grilled romaine Caesar salad was the best I have ever had and my daughter raved about her caprese salad with fresh mozzarella. My granddaughter enjoyed her butternut squash soup, and that was just our first course! I ordered one of the specials, the sea trout, which was outstanding. All in our party agreed that this was our favorite of... More

I came here for happy hour and it proved to be incredible value and a good experience. The hanger steak was delicious and is a steal for only $9. We also had the lamb burger, a caprese salad, calamari and a tasty spinach and ricotta ravioli dish. This place certainly has one of the better happy hour menu's in town... More
