Always excellent!

We could eat here every morning, and usually do whenever we visit Seattle. The ham and cheese croissant is always good. Then, the rasberry or apricot compliments it! Savory and sweet! Perfect way to start the day. Love this place!

Had a coffee and a pastry before heading out for the day. The small sticky bun was very good, small place and limited seating

Attached to Fairmont. Great place to grab a quick French pastry, coffee or Diet Coke. There are seats but to go is easy.

We went to the one in Fairmont for breakfast and the pastries were delicious but a bit oily. The cappuccino was so good.

This is a gem of a patisserie tucked into the lower lobby of the Fairmont Olympic Seattle. The owner was trained at the Cordon Bleu pastry school in Paris and it shows. Expect line-ups for the first pastries of the day but it's worth it. The coffee doesn't quite equal the baking in quality, but that says more about the... More

You can't get any better pastries this side of Paris, I'm sure. The cappuccino was so good, but I kept coming back for the pastries. OMG, couldn't recommend this bakery/coffee shop more.

Delicious Coffee and French pastries for breakfast or lunch for a welcome change from the overabundance of Starbuck's in Seattle. It is attached to the Fairmont Olympic accessible from the street or the hotel.

Tasty but nothing to write home about. Convenient just off the lobby of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. Morning time samples are plentiful and appreciated.

The coffee was mediocre, the croissant was stale and the breakfast sandwich was greasier than McD's!
