Lovely dinner in the nice neighbourhood of Ballard, delicious food with an Italian touch. Great waiters (our daughter was impressed)!

We love this restaurant and it is a repeat destination for a reliably excellent evening for us foodies. The waiter and service was excellent, even picked up on a hint and brought a candle for the birthday guest! Good suggestions - we loved the cauliflower and polenta appetizers, the Caesar and the pork cheek dish was amazing. Wine suggestion worked... More

The appetizers were average and the house Ceasar's salad pretty anonymous. One of our pasta dish was perfectly executed (ravioli with eggplant and tomatoes) and wonderfully balanced and refreshing. The kids loved their tagliatelle alla ragù but my spaghettini was too heavy because it used too much cream. Overall, the homemade pasta were perfectly cooked. Overall, if you are looking... More

our experience has been very inconsistent. our last meal was disappointing for the restaurant quality you would expect. we will not go back. our service was excellent, but the food was mediocre. we have had this experience before, but because we also had a good meal we tried it again.

Wine selected was Grimaldi Barbera and was amazingly good. Additionally, we shared the Duck Confit appetizer. All members of party raved. This is a must place! Server was attentive, and every table was full.

Enjoyed this Italian joint in Ballard. Our waiter was kind and friendly and we had delicious main courses. Lots of great options and the wine was wonderful too!

I have to say, being italian born and raised, I did not expect the food to be as good as indeed it was. everyone of the 5 dishes we tried was excellent, and as far as food goes the restaurant deserves 5 stars. that said, the overall experience (it was our 15th wedding anniversary) was terrible. First, the indian/pakistani lady... More

Three of us wandered in looking for at least a decent meal and a place to relax away from the crowded streets of a neighborhood street festival. We got so much more! Our server was delightful, friendly, helpful and offered just the right amount of being there and not being there. The roasted beet and arugula salad is especially good,... More

Came here after reading all the wonderful reviews. Food was good although it was a little salty to my taste. The place was not too busy on a Sunday afternoon. I had the fritatta and my friend had wild mushroom with pork jowl pasta. We tried to ask about the pork jowl and how the dish was prepared. That's when... More
