Wow, this little shop is amazing. I'd never eaten a crumpet before, but I'm pretty sure these are the best out there...they simply couldn't get any better. I went back day after day to try more on my vacation to Seattle. Savory or sweet--you choose! I tried ricotta and nutella (my FAVE!), egg with ham, peppers, and cheese (excellent!), and... more

Our family has been in Seattle for 5 days and we don't miss a morning having these warm crispy yet dense and moist in the center treats! The service was spectacular as well. As first time crumpeters the staff was so helpful and pleasant. You must try this while in Seatte. more

These really are a treat - with a variety of toppings. There's a cream cheese with sort of a cinnamon, maple, walnut flavor that's to-die-for! more

What is better than a cup of warm tea and a freshly baked crumpet on a cold morning. I was at a conference and decided to take a walk in the morning before the workshops started. I wasn't planning on eatting, but loved the charming look of this shop. It was calling me to come in. Once in the store... more

Crumpet and Tea anyone? My very first crumpet was in this cute little shop. LOVED this place. We came here for breakfast and an afternoon snack during our visit to Seattle. Its centrally located right next to Pike Place Market. There is a clear window so you may see how they are made. Seems to have simple ingredients, but man... more

I have to admit I wasn't completely sure what a crumpet was, but I am glad that I know now. They are little pieces of heaven. I am devastated because I am not sure that I will ever get to eat a crumpet again...unless I go back to Seattle or England. The shop is small, but there are several places... more

Wonderful crumpets and what makes it even better is the folks behind the counter always smiling and chatting with the customers no writing down the orders they just keep making the previous orders and taking the new ones. Freshly squeezed juice and lemonade are excellent. more

Well, this was a real gem. The crumpet I had (with honey) was very inexpensive, and you can also get them with Marmite(!!!) and tarted up for luncheon dishes. I had 'regular' tea and it was indeed "like mother makes it." The counter staff was unflappable with the orders coming thick and fast (and one was a real cute guy... more
