Love the pretzels, fried pickles, and beer selection. Also like that they seem to always have a table no matter how busy Ballard Ave is. Less crowded and better people inside.
People's Pub is a good standby, especially if the rest of the ave is packed with annoying people. The bar staff are super friendly and fun to hang out with, especially on slow afternoons. This is a great place to grab some drinks and tasty bar food with friends. The atmosphere is very relaxed and although it can get loud it's never been too loud for me.
Local dive. People say the food is surprisingly good.
