Even though the food was pretty average the view was excellent. We were lucky to be there on a clear day. But the service was the best, from the young man operating the elevator to the hostess and the wait staff. They really do their best to give you a good experience.

When all is said and done, it's just a high place with a view. We were lucky enough to have a sunny, clear day; however Seattle is just not that pretty to look at.

It was a bright and sunny day in Seattle, and the setting sun made the views of Seattle even better from the revolving restaurant. On the one side, float planes flew by on their way to flightseeing tours. As the restaurant rotated, the sun was glinting off the buildings of downtown Seattle. This was not an inexpensive meal, but the... More

This experience was expensive, but worth it. We easily made reservations through the restaurant's website. By eating in the restaurant, it includes a trip to the observation deck, which has a value of roughly $25/person and you also skip the long lines since the restaurant has its own elevator. We went on a beautiful Saturday in August, and the lines... More

It was definitely a splurge to eat here . . . we giggled when we heard one of the specials was $99! But when you figure you don't have to pay to visit the observation deck, that takes some of the sting off of the final bill. And it's worth it. After a long day of traveling from the East... More

We were not able to get a reservation to eat at the top of the space needle, we would have needed to call a week ahead apparently. But we rode the elevator up to the observation level 500' up and walked around and took plenty of pictures. We got a combination ticket with Chihuly Glass and garden for ~$73 since... More

It is awesome, the view is spectacular. The staff is very nice and competent. The elevator ride up is quick and the 360 view is spectacular. There is a gift shop below and it is not to pricey. While waiting there are artists and musicians to entertain you.

It was our last day in Seattle and when we first got there I made reservations to have lunch at Sky City. It was a great way to end a wonderful trip to this city. You are rotating and seeing the entire view from up top, it takes 47 minutes to do a full rotation. The portions served here are... More

We had a great experience all around from the discounted valet parking, to the special elevator. The food at lunchtime was delicious but menu was limited. The drinks were wonderful and the view was to die for. We happened to go on a day the blue angels were practicing and they flew by the restaraunt twice, it was thrilling! Very... More

You basically pay for your ride up, and it's including in your food price. From that point of view it's reasonable and the rotation every 47 minutes will take you around about two times during a meal. Great views.
