Best Szechuan Beef Tendon and Noodle Soup

This is a little place - 9 or 10 tables of different sizes. They don't take credit cards, so bring cash. Crispy and dense scallion pancakes are awesome. I also love the pork and chive dumplings - plump, juicy, and the skins aren't too thick. But I come here for the spicy Szechuan Beef Tendon... read more

the foods are great! though my chinese meal orientation is biased for cantonese or HK style, i still find it worth the detour... prices are so bargain... i liked the spicy fish soup best...

I randomly found the Szechuan Noodle Bowl by using Google Maps while walking through Chinatown. The best beef noodle soup I've ever eaten in my entire life. Spicy, fresh and yummy. My husband had the spicy pork dumplings. AMAZING! The servers and fellow diners were all friendly. The meal was a GREAT value. Complementary tea when you sit down. Skip... More

Seeking a bite of childhood, we decided to venture into this restaurant around dinner time. What a nice surprise we found! We ordered green onion pancakes and a bowl of spicy beef noodles. The noodles were just right as was the beef and veggies. Words can do no justice as many will likely miss this place because it's off the... More

Great dumplings--made right at a table in the corner of the dining room. When we didn't want the won ton soup because it was made with chicken broth, the server cheerfully offered to make it with vegetable broth. Delicious! Oh, I'd be remiss not to mention the green onion pancakes--a must! I also love the den den mein (noodles with... More

Awesome dumplings! 4 of us went for lunch the other day and with 4 orders of dumplings, an order of scallion pancake ($3.00 & flaky tender tasty goodness!) and stir fry vegetable left a 20+% tip and still didn't go over $40.00. Inexpensive goodness that will be repeated
