COULD GET BETTER PLACE AT MARKET

I am not saying it is not good, but Pike's Market is filled with restaurants with better service and food. Jus saying... Nice view from the window onto the Bay. They seemed to be training someone when it came to my dish. It took some time. Price was good. People were nice, but shop around.

Arrived at Pike's Market at lunch and picked SVC before we knew or saw any of the other places. That said it was a good meal. My wife has the North By Northwest Clam Chowder and it was really good. Our friend had the Crab Burger that he really enjoyed. I had the mushroom ravioli in a pasto sauce and... More

After our cruise to Alaska we stayed over a day before flying home the next day. It was also our 52 wedding anniversary so headed to Pike Market, after taking the light rail from the SeaTac area. We had been to Pike Market and area on May 30, 31st before our cruise but it was fun to go back and... More

I'm not picky with my food, but what I got was lousy. I ordered a BBQ Salmon sandwich and it was just salmon & a piece lettuce with the bread (it tasted dry & boring). The fries were COLD! Why would you serve my fries cold?! Oh and I had to pay EXTRA for my cold fries (fries not included... More

We arrived early at the Pike St. Market and looked for a place to have breakfast. Sound View Cafe was an excellent choice that we considered to be a surprise treat. It was very clean. Food is ordered at the front counter, then they deliver it to you at your table. The Salmon Hash was excellent and the portion was... More

My friend and I stopped here for lunch. I got the soup and salad bar. I had the shrimp soup which I was told was a new item. It was delicious. The salad bar was your typical greens and an array of other items. It was $13.00. I was told to fill my plate because there was no going back... More

We stopped in here while exploring Pikes Market. The meal was OK. The service OK. neither was special. The view on the other-hand was great. I got a Salmon sandwich that cost 13.00. I thought it was a little pricey for what you got. The baked fries were good but you only get a small amount.

The view is OK, but being one level lower than the "top level" places in the market, it is somewhat obstructed by the ugly buildings across the street. We sat at a window table in the back, and it was a bit cramped. French toast was OK but not great. In this place, you order at the counter (and pay)... More

Recommended by one of the nearby store owners who is an old acquaintance of our sister-in-law’s family, our group of 12 was able to squeeze in for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We had to bus our own tables with dry napkins which left the surfaces sticky. The clam chowder was pretty good, but I had to pick... More
