Great view good food and happy hour

Went here after a work meeting. It was an amazing day out so we sat outside. Looking over the menu I can see why many people say it's overpriced, but we ordered from the happy hour specials of the ( food & Drink) it was very reasonable.

We went there this evening for a birthday dinner. The view is spectacular, but you can get the same view walking along the boardwalk, especially in the fine weather we have today. The food is steeply priced, which would be okay for an occasion like this. But it was very mediocre. My 40 dollar salmon was dry and tasteless, the... More

Took my family to Salty's for lunch and have to express my dissatisfaction. First of all the view of Seattle is obstructed by a huge garbage barge that is sitting in Elliott Bay. First class cities find a way to correct this type of thing but Seattle seems to lack the political will to get anything done that would benefit... More

We took the water taxi across Elliott Bay to eat at Salty's. The meal was very good all around but must admit, very expensive for lunch. Great outdoor view from the deck. No complaints on the food or service, but thought it was a little high compared to everywhere else we ate while in Seattle. Going back is a maybe,... More

We took the King County water taxi from Pier 50 (Downtown Seattle) to Seacrest Dock (West Seattle). The crossing takes no more that about 10 - 15 minutes. On arrival at Seacrest Dock walk up to the road and turn left. Salty's is located on Alki Beach a 5 minute walk from here. Famous for its seafood we were only... More

Lovely water view and very average food. Mid range pricing for all items. Fish tacos were tasty, and the warm seafood salad was ok. Service was attentive and our server was very accommodating- we asked for a table in the shade (outside) and an umbrella was set up for us immediately.

I happened upon Salty's Seafood Grill by accident. My plans for the day were to drive down by Alki Beach and eat at one of the many restaurants along the coast. It was a hot Wednesday afternoon and not ONE parking space was available. So... I decided to head back toward the city when I remembered passing Salty's on the... More

First time being there for brunch and enjoyed but it was pricey. I recommend going early on Saturday or Sunday mornings as it gets very busy and the restaurant is small so it gets very crowded by the food tables.

Our hotel conceirge recommended this restaurant for hubby's pre-birthday dinner yesterday. Reservation for 2 at 7:45 pm and free limo picked us up at 7:30 pm The driver is so friendly and explain the attractions along the way. The view was amazing although we didn't get the window seating. I got the live lobster and hubby has the salmon, the... More

I was visiting friends in Tukwilla, my first time in the area. Our host took us to Salty's because of the view. The view was nice for sure but 65.00 for an entree that came with sticky rice and kale is just too much. The waiter did his bit to "suggestive sell" us the copper river salmon but to me... More
