We went to Salty's on Alki for happy hour while visiting Seattle. The weather was picture perfect so we had a terrific view across Elliott Bay to the Seattle skyline. We sat outside on the upper patio. We had the fish taco, Manila clams and oysters on the half shell. The food was very good. We enjoyed the oysters which... More

We had dinner here and the food is good. The view is spectacular. Dessert was flaming something, so-so. Drinks ok. Food was good. Great people watching.

Alki beach, Salty's with a beautiful view of Elliot bay. High end seafood dining. We were seated right up front with the beautiful view of seattle centre across the bay. You are seated with people very close so, not that romantic, but our dinner was early at 7pm. Our hostess Mary was the best. The food was very good, we... More

Two years ago I got scallops here and they were wonderful. This time I got the scallops appetizer for $19. It had 4 scallops which were dry and tough and rack was 1 inch in diameter. Hardly a bite each. Not worth it. Jill Huston.

I went here twice during the last week of June, once for lunch and once for dinner. Lunch: Arrived on a Wednesday around 1 PM for a party of two. Seated immediately near a window. Delicious seafood chowder, perfect dungeness crab melt, and scrumptious Snickers cheese cake. Although the food was very good, $70 is a bit pricey for lunch... More

The short ride on the Water Taxi from Pier 50 across Elliott Bay to Salty's was a great experience from start to finish. The view is spectacular from the Seattle skyline to Mt. Rainier. The décor is bright and colourful and surrounds you with a nautical environment. The minute you sit down you will notice the exceptional friendliness and professional... More

I like them all but my favorite is Salty's on Alki. This has fine food and the best collection of Jay Steensma "Shopping Bag Salmon" paintings in the world. Ask the host to see Steensma's "Joe Reno as a Salmon"

I love this place! The open buffet is definitely my favorite. There are so many varieties and the dessert bar is just amazing. If you love brunchs definitely go, the view is also wonderful.

Although we couldn't sit outside, being right by the window was the next best thing. The view of the Seattle skyline on a bright sunny day is hard to beat. The food was also delicious--I had an amazing salad.

We had this place recommended by multiple people while in Seattle for vacation. They were totally correct. The food was fabulous and service was wonderful! Our waitress was great and we never felt rushed. Best of all was the great view and location. We sat out on the deck which was comfortable and provided a wonderful view of the skyline... More
