With a name like Salty's on Alki my son and I figured it was a shack on the harbor! It was recommended by a friend who had lived in Seattle for years (Thank you, Traci) as the best place to eat in Seattle. It is not a shack...it is a very versatile place. I have eaten there twice and wore... More

As a person who does not usually eat seafood, I was skeptical of eating here with my family. it turns out, this was one of the best meals I've ever had! Although everyone else enjoyed the seafare, I enjoyed a phenomenal steak! The drink menu was eclectic, the desserts were to die for, and the service was out of this... More

My husband and I visited Salty's on a Saturday night. If you are staying at a hotel in Seattle, they have a complimentary limousine that will pick you up, bring you to dinner and bring you back to your hotel. You arrange that your hotel concierge. It was very nice! Our driver, James, was awesome; telling us all kinds of... More

This is absolutely the best Sunday Brunch I have ever had and I am including the best of Vegas. You need the house bloody mary and then hit all the seafood, which for me is oysters, oysters and more oysters. They have everything you could desire to eat there with a great view of Elliot Bay.

Decided to visit for an event with my Daughter and her Husband. Great Company, the best. Great View, one of the best in Seattle. The menu items were well suited for a venue like this. Very good seafood choices and some Beef Choices. The problem was, I paid $55.00 for a New York that was at least 1/4 fat and... More

It was so noisy we really could not enjoy the food, nor could the six of us at the table converse. It was so dark we could not read the check, but fortunately some in our party had mobile phones with flashlights. This was good, because there was an error in the check we never would have found otherwise.. Serves... More

Excellent seafood restaurant over the water from downtown Seattle. We really enjoyed our visits to Saltys, with the short ferry ride to and from downtown just adding to the pleasure. The ferry pier is only a short stroll along the edge of the water to Saltys, where the view back across to downtown Seattle is stunning. We even saw a... More

The view of the city is spectacular. The food is average (not bad, not great). Heavy on the sauces. Very nice selection of wines from the region.

My wife and I had the pleasure of having dinner at Salty's on a recent trip to Seattle. They picked us up in a limo from the Westin where we were staying. The restaurant was outstanding. The view was really nice across the water to downtown Seattle. The service and the food was some of the best I have had... More

The waiters at Salty's are the best. One waiter named Ryan remembered our names from the first time we were there and what drinks we liked. If he was our waiter, as soon as we were seated he would see us and order our drinks. Unfortunately he left , but the other waiters and waitresses are also very good. We still... More
