After travelling all the way from Australia to savour the delights of Washington State we came across this trourist trap. With a business model like a factory; with staff clearly schooled in the art of getting you in, getting your money, and getting you out as quickly as possible. Our seafood was overcooked and dry. The potatoes were the opposite,... More

Get one of their specialties which is dumped on your table, have a liter of local beer and sit outside and you will have a great Seattle experience. We had the Westport, which includes snow and dungeness crab, muscles, shrimp, clams, corn and sausage. Plus one of the liters of local amber ales and we were all set! Totally recommended.

We loved our choices at this waterfront eatery. Our waiter was attentive and added to our fun! He made some great suggestions!

Although full didn't find this place special to eat at. Service was ok. My friend ordered a tea and her glass was dirty. Food was served quickly which was good but nothing special

All right, I live in Seattle, and the water front is a zoo right now with all the sea wall construction, so because of the lack of parking we jumped into the first spot we found. As we were walking down the waterfront, the first fish & chips joint we ran into was The Crab Pot, although Steamer's & Ivar's... More

We waited 30 minutes during peak season at dinner so not bad! Ordered the combo crab, shrimp etcetera and it was a little pricey for the quality. This is all about the experience of eating fresh seafood on the water In a unique setting. Recommend it for first time visitors but would probably skip it on the second visit! Service... More

We ate dinner here on Friday evening. The place was packed so we thought that might mean great food. We waited 30minutes to be seated. I was impressed that the wait time quote was accurate. So many places are not honest about how long your wait will be. Once seated the waiter arrived quickly to take a drink order. Drinks... More

The Crab Pot offers great fresh steamed seafood in a fun environment on the pier in Puget Sound. We were lured in by the smell of steamed crab and the promise of a cold beer after a long day of urban hiking. The Crab Pot offers a variety of steamed seafood buckets. We opted for the snow crab, dungeness crab,... More

Considering the amount of people to get in line for this restaurant, I was sure it was going to be the best seafood I had ever had...And it wasn't! The food was not bad, but it wasnt great. I also felt as though the menu was limited and did not offer many choices or variety.
