Had to try it!

We had been told by friends how great the Crab Pot was, specifically their bowls of seafood that they dump on the table. We made a specific trip down to go check it out. We figured "go big or go home" and chose the Alaskan. We could not finish all of it (we ate all the "best" stuff first). It... read more

I was excited to try the experience. We visited the bellevue location and was so disappointed. Dirty, old and run down. The food was not good. We had the Westport feast. The shell fish had not been cleaned, and the potatoes had not been scrubbed. Disgusting! Do not go!

The restaraunt is on the waterfront which is great, however the food was just ok at best. We had "The Cove". Corn on the cob had no flavor and the potatoes were not cooked all the way. The shrimp has to be peeled and it comes with the head and attached. I lost my appetite after that. The clams and... More

I had the crab melt, clam chowder, 1/2 dozen oysters on the half shell. Everything was so yummy! Others at my table had the Mahi Mahi tacos and the seared salmon. No complaints what so ever. Service is excellent. I would recommend an outside table if the weather permits. Luckily for us it was sunny and warm.

Awesome food. Especially if you are looking for fresh seafood. Kids have a menu so that's a bonus for anyone with kids. We were seated promptly. Our food literally arrived within 2-3 minutes of ordering. Impressive!

The surprise starts when the seafood platter turns out to be less 'platter' and more 'artfully spilled onto a disposable tablecloth in front of you'. We loved the new dining experience, and we seriously loved the fresh shellfish and crab - we made a serious inroad into the pile of food but it still managed to beat us. The seafood... More

While waiting for the Seattle Waterfront construction to progress, we took a visit to Crab Pot. It has always been a good to place for seafood in Seattle. The construction has required some modification with the restaurant. Have no fear, construction has not impacted the food or service. The Crab Pot is still the spot and happens to be the... More

Went here for dinner twice during out trip to Seattle. I love steamed crab legs and they have a variety of options to have just that. Most of the steamed entrees come with corn, and potatoes but safe yourself for the seafood. The Alaskan King Crab Legs were $45 for a 1 1/2 (I think) with bread, corn on the... More

I visited this restaurant with a party of seven. They didn't take a reservation, but we got in fairly quickly. We all ordered the buckets of fish, somewhat pricey, but it's the experience, right?! There was plenty of seafood to satisfy our appetites, and the sourdough bread was very good, as well.

Loved Jake the bartender, he was hilarious and made our night. The food was good, but note you can share a meal combo and leave absolutely stuffed. 6 girls had 3 "Crab, Crab & Crab" combos and were absolutely stuffed. We sat on the patio on a gorgeous afternoon, which I would recommend as the inside atmosphere of the restaurant... More
