Great food, but they need to clean thru the day.

Was at the stadium and hungry for dim sum. This is right down the road. Took me back to a visit to Hong Kong. Peking duck in the window, narrow restaurant with lazy susans. We decided we were hungry for dimsum. It was a beautiful sunny day and a trip to the International District sounded like a great holiday idea. The first thing to think about (that we didn't) is parking; it can be hard to find. Second thing to think about is what time you are going. We arrived at noon and the... More

We realized we'd picked a good spot for lunch when we walked in and saw lots of old persons speaking something other than English. We were the only non Asians in the crowded joint. The dim sum items were very fresh and delicious. The price was cheap for the three of us and all we ate. We'll be back.

This restaurant is so so good. Fresh and authentic. They serve a great lavender tea that I wanted to take home. My meal was spectacular and for the amount of food that you get, the price is great. If I lived in Seattle, I'd be there all the time.

From the first bite of savory shrimp dumpling to the last taste of perfectly cooked sticky rice this was a perfect dim sum experience. Shabby decor, who cares? Outstanding service, and great value. A new favorite for us.

We are in Seattle visiting my best friend and his wife, he is obsessed with Asian food and Dim Sum and from my experience he knows good from bad. He goes to Harbor City every weekend. The first sign of a good Dim Sum restaurant, it was packed full of Asians. The wait to get in can be long so... More

Girlfriend and I went to try the Dim Sum just before lunchtime on a weekday to avoid the weekend crowds. Not a good starting having to wait several minutes at the desk for someone to sit us - even though staff could see us. The place wasn't that clean which was also not a good sign. I thought the food... More

I came here on a Friday morning and it was pretty empty when I got there, but it soon filled up. Since I was by myself, I just got 1 order of the shu mai and the sticky rice. I really like the shumai as it wasn't soggy as some places can get. It had a good solid texture to... More

In terms of the physical space Harbor City feels very much like my personal stereotype of a Chinese restaurant - not especially fancy, maybe a bit worn around the edges....short on fancy ambiance would be a kind way to put it. That being said, once you sit down and tuck into your meal, whether dim sum or a la carte,... More

This has been our go-to place for Dim Sum for the 3 years that we have lived in Seattle! We have tried other places, and keep going back...Get there early; before 10 am on the weekends or you will wait awhile. Authentic, delicious, carry out extra for later on!
