We were wanting dim sum and went to the area (China Town) looking for another place that was closed. Walked in and we were the only "non-asian" family there. Service was friendly and fast. Prices were reasonable. We ordered multiple dishes and all were tasty. We actually went back a second time a few nights later.

Let's be clear: we know dim sum, we have had it a bit everywhere, and we loved King's Café for more than 25 years (just up the street) when they were in business. We had to switch when King's closed, and this place was great; in fact, we saw the cashier from King's eating at Harbor City once. What's the... More

The food just isn't good. Shanghai (soup) dumplings, with no soup? Chewy, tough dumplings. The place was incredibly loud, even with only four tables filled. I'd give another star, except the place was absolutely filthy. We only stayed because of the reviews, but I wish we hadn't.

So Yelp gave this place a really high review and I'm confused as to why. Maybe they have never been to SF, but this place is Mediocre at best. Given the choice between Harbor City or Jade Garden, it's Harbor city all the way (which says a lot about Jade Garden.) The portions were are a very good size, don't... More

We trudged through the cold (to this Floridian) and damp streets to find real chinese. Such a thing does not really exist in SW Florida. We were very happy with our choice. I really don't know the names of what we tried but we liked most and the service was quick and simple. Cold Chinese beer and about 9 types... More

Given the wonderful reviews, I really thought I was in for a treat at this restaurant. However, the waiters were not very friendly, the dim sum was sticky and made me feel constipated, and the tea was really not bet quality. I ordered xiao long bao, shrimp dumplings, and other traditional dim sum favorites, but they did not as good... More

Had to have it again. Great dim sum. A must if you're in Seattle and love dim sum. Shu Mai, eggplant stuffed with shrimp, tofu skin, barbecue pork bun, green beans, sesame balls, honey walnut shrimp. Plenty of options to fill you up.

I was born and raised in Hong Kong till I was 16 years old, so I know my dim sum. I went here with a friend. It was my first dim sum experience in Seattle. Overall, great service with friendly staff. The steamed pork buns were pretty authentic. They got the bun part pretty well-done. The siu mai were huge... More

We used to have a different favorite place for dim sum, but they went downhill... So, in search of a new place and we found it. Harbor City is the best dim sum in Seattle. You go here for the excellent dim sum, not the atmosphere. It's small, so go early to avoid the crowds. The prices are reasonable and... More

...by the variety, quality, and rock bottom cost of the dim sum. Went for Sunday brunch with family, probably their busiest time. The wait for a table was about 30 minutes [something I rarely tolerate], but well worth it. If this is not the best dim sum in North America, it's pretty damn close [my bench mark being the pricy...
