Have been here a couple of times before, and have never been disappointed. Great value for the quality and quantity of food. This is a great place to go have lunch before a Seahawks or Sounders game. Four dishes was more than enough for four guys! My wife does not like black bean sauce from a bottle, but Hing Loon... More

We stopped by for a late lunch but ordered as for dinner at this restaurant based on TA's review. We noted a few other restaurants from TA, but this was the first one we saw when we arrived in Seattle Chinatown. We didn't feel like walking around anymore to check out the others and just settled on this. There was... More

Great place to go in Chinatown. Very extensive menu so you can satisfy all tastes. Open late so you can stop by after a night on the town. Very affordable and nice size portions.

Here I always thought I had eaten great Chinese food, been to Chinatown in NY and LA and Vancouver and Bangkock, and I now reside near an Asian community in the Phoenix area. All had their greatness but my wife and I were blown away by this little restaurant, Hing Loon Seafood, here in Seattle. Unfortunately we were only able... More

Since I gave T&T Seafood such a poor review, I decided to write about where the family does enjoy going to for a good Cantonese meal. Yup, Hing Loon...nothing at all fancy, as a matter of fact, some might turn around and look for something more enticing around the ID like the old Bush Garden or Kau Kau's with their... More

I truly thought of this as more a Chinese restaurant than a seafood restaurant. Regardless, really good food! The two of us had Salt & Pepper Pork, Clams with Black Bean, Steamed Flounder and a green Chinese spinach type stir fried. I can never remember that name. It was all very good and well prepared. The décor is very simple... More

This place cooks up a storm! We ordered the ginger green onion oyster on a sizzling plate; beef chow mein; snow pea sprouts and rice. All delicious! Everything was flavourful but not overdone. I have had a lot of Chinese food in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and the food served here is Southern style and authentic! Give it a... More

I started eating at this restaurant almost 20 years ago when I was studying at UW. After graduating in 1996, I didn't come back to Seattle until 2011. When I eat here again after 15 years of absence, this restaurant is still one of my favorite chinese restaurant and became my family's favorite too (I brought my wife and children... More
