Having eaten at the Boston and Orlando Cheesecake Factorys, we knew what to expect. And we were not disappointed. So much so that we visited twice in two days, and both times I opted for the Filet Mignon. Excellent menu, consisently good food, decent value, and good service...always a pleasure! more

Where to begin... Phase 1: The Wait. Arrive with a party of 13. Tried to make reservations. We were told the Cheesecake factory does not accept reservations. Then asked to please wait for a table for anywhere from 1 hour to 1.5 hours. This was an outright lie. Try 2 hours. Absolutely UNREAL! None the less we waited it out... more

Like most Cheesecake Factories (I am familiar with several others in California), this one has same menu and pretty much the same quality of food: average. We went there because of the salads and lunch selections and reasonable prices. This time in addition to the French green salad, I ordered pasta with marinara sauce. tasty cheesecake, but you know it's all frozen mass-made corporate crap. hate the long wait and HATE being around tourists. great place for kids so you won't see me there. more

I like it even though it's a part of a chain and I'm generally not a big fan of chain restaurants. Their shrimp and bacon clubs are delicious, though. more
