We visited Ivar's during Sunday Brunch. The food was tasty. The variety of seafood served was excellent: steamed clams and mussels, oysters, shrimp, king crab legs, salmon, etc. I was not sure what I should expect, given some of the reviews, but I had a pleasant experience. I went here today for their breakfast brunch. It's rare to go to a large buffet and for there to be NOTHING good, but this place somehow managed it. Everything was crap. And regarding the service, it took the waitress about five minutes to bring me a knife (that's four minutes too long). more
