They have an amazing and unique menu. I highly recommend eating here. I had two appetizers because they looked so good.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a weeknight early dinner at the Palace Kitchen prior to a show. We arrived early and decided to walk down to Westlake Center to enjoy the holiday lights and carousel. I had forgotten how fun that neighborhood is particularly on a busy holiday weeknight. The restaurant is close to theaters, Cinerama and Jazz Alley... More

Reminds you of a European taverna - low lights, loud, crowded, friendly waitstaff. We had a good meal - Soup was sublime, as was the burger/fries, and melted goat cheese app. Salad was pedestrian. There are not a lot of entries on the menu - one in particular, a coca cola-infused pork dish is not served until after 10. (Really??)... More

Though there were some hiccups, such as running out of coffee (they just comped me an Americano, so no worries) and closing the kitchen without making a last call for food (but I didn't want anything else cooked anyway), I was very pleased with the overall experience. The cod was tasty, as was the coconut cream pie for dessert. In... More

Good news first... Hamburger is divine to the 10th power. The coconut cream pie is so good you will question the worthiness of all other desserts in life... It's heavenly. Mint squash noodles was not good at all... Tried to find a reason to like it and there isn't one. I would go back anytime for the burger and pie.

We were most excited to get to visit the Palace Kitchen, but came away wondering how long it's been since Tom himself did some overseeing work in there:( We have been to 5 of his Seattle area restaurants (3 or 4 times each), and have always been very impressed with the top quality across the board - pro service, classy... Finally got to try Palace Kitchen on a recent trip to Seattle. I've sent friends here before who thought it was one of the best meals they've ever had. I seriously wanted to try everything on the menu and you could definitely make a meal out of the amazing appetizer menu. I had the Spaghetti, Squash, Spaghetti Squash entree with... More

If I could, I would give Palace Kitchen 3.5 stars. It was better than average, of course, but for a Tom Douglas restaurant I wasn't too impressed. My husband thought the burger (which is just a plain burger with the usual fixings) was the best burger he'd ever had, but personally, if I want a great burger, I'd rather go... More

Dropped in for dinner on a blustery Saturday night. We were a bit concerned about having to wait as they only take reservations for parties of 6 or more. Pleasantly surprised when we were seated immediately. The menu offerings were all tempting but the appetizers were too interesting to pass up so we selected several to share for our meal.... More
