I have eaten here a number of times and each time was impressed with the food. The crepes, both sweet and savory, are delicate and flavorful not just plain flour batter. When I eat the other entrees I can close my eyes and think I am in a cafe in Paris. There is also a full bar that knows how... More

This places wins no awards for new cutting edge decor, nor is the menu edgy, bordering on blasphemous. It is the anti-trend spot. It's a well traversed place to eat and drink, brimming with integrity. Very good and very reasonably priced French inspired food - especially for happy hour! Great salads, french bread, Crepes, pork chops, wine by the carafe,... More

The waiter was the best - attentive and knowledgeable. I remember this place, known for its crepes from years ago and was surprised to find it still existed as it is rather tucked away and not easy to spot. The dinners are excellent as well and the dining room is lit by candles. I had the brined pork chop on... More

For some reason, I find these out-of-the-way places from time to time. My guests always ask, "How did you find this place?" which, of course, they did this past Saturday evening at 611 Supreme. This place is in the "gay area" of Seattle which just means that there are several gay bars within a few blocks. That does not impact... More

Had breakfast there last weekend and paid with a 50.00 bill. The waitress came back with 18 dollars all in one dollar bills. I asked if she was kidding and then another waitress turn around and asked if this was a problem for me. If I ever end up here again, which won't happen, maybe I'll pay in quarters.

The 611 serves up sweet and savory crepes in Capitol Hill. They have been around awhile and are consistently top notch.

when mimosas and crepes call for that lazy sunday morning brunch, 611 Supreme is the place to be. it's hitting the 'habit' level these days... Anyone figured out why their waitstaff are uniformly muscular women? Is there a 611 cross-training team?

Good! I like this place. Decent prices, satisfying meals. Not primpy or shishi, but solid, fully plump crepes. And a nice drink selection, too.

Great crepes, but they are very SLOW. The service is what kills this place, but I still highly recommend it.
