Really my favorite "local" Chinese restaurant in the US... the best steamed dumplings I've had, hands down. And the rest of the menu - especially the fried rice, the noodles, and the spicy eggplant - is the closest thing to comfort food for me in the Seattle area. more
I was shocked to find that Judy Fu's, a favorite of many Seattlites, had not yet been reviewed. This restaurant has been around for years and frequently wins awards for their exceptional Chinese food. Their signature sauces are bottled and sold in local grocery stores (see U Village QFC).
