Whether living or visiting Seattle, this place is a must if you like authentic Brazilian food. I've been Coming here for years and still love it every time

Enjoyed a delicious meal at this restaurant with friends and family. Ordered a stew called Feijoada, the national dish of Brazil and a Caipirinha which was a fermented sugar cane drink with lime which is the national drink. The stew was rich and had a slightly exotic taste with spices I couldn't identify and the drink was like a sweet... More

I've been going to this restaurant when in Seattle for over 10 years. The owners come from Bahía state in Brazil and make absolutely perfect, authentic food from that region - as good or better than anything I've had when visiting Brazil. Antonio, the owner is one of the nicest people you could possibly hope to meet and makes you... More

I was pleasantly surprized and thouroughly enjoyed my meal.I ordered the traditional stew for 2 but shared it. We started with a passionfruit custard/pudding. We had no leftovers! Great menu! I look forward to returning and trying a few more things off the menu.

This is an unobtrusive little restaurant on the upper Ave in the U District that you might overlook but it's definitely worth eating there. The owners are Brazilian, from Salvador, and very gracious. My knowledge of Brazilian cuisine is limited but having been to Salvador the food here sure tasted authentic to me. It's delicious and I bet they are... More

Took our Brazilian host student for his birthday for a taste of home. He enjoyed it and they sang happy birthday. My husband is picky and he loved it. They were busy but we seemed to experience slower attention than others. Good if you are wanting to try something different. Give yourself time. Not a big place and some of... More

I ate a wonderful dish of Bobó de camarão. It was delicious and tasted homemade. We also shared a plate of chicken croquettes- excellent quality with shredded chicken.

We went with some friends to try this place out while visiting Seattle. I'm originally from Brazil, but everyone else in our group was not. From the different reviews I read online, I was bracing myself for the worst. I wouldn't expect good Brazilian food in Seattle anyway, but I was amazed with this place. A little on the expensive... Brazilian food isn't fancy to begin with, it's just delicious when done right. This restaurant is completely authentic and a great value for how much food you receive. The owners and staff are dedicated and friendly. The best kept secret is their lunch menu, served Tuesday through Sunday! Also, stop in when Brazil plays in the World Cup, or on... More

The food is pretty good and authentic. I love the Feijoada and Shrimp Moqueca, all the appetizers are yummy and the caipirinha is my drink of choice. It's a favorite because I'm Brazilian and every time I'm homesick I go back to Tempero do Brasil.
