So the Sunday brunch crowd, the decor, the open kitchen, the menu, the great service -- all begged me to love the place -- and I wanted to! But the food was a bit of a letdown. Blueberry pancake was dry and blueberries hadn't "popped". Spicy Hash browns weren't that spicy and just so so. Main course: crab cakes topped... More

It seems this place is the choice for many to have breakfast, but we had dinner here as we started off our West Coast road trip. Being from the Midwest, we always enjoy the fresh seafood when on vacation and the Coastal Kitchen did not disappoint. My wife and I shared a bowl of the clam chowder which was smooth... More

Headed to Coastal Kitchen for some breakfast. Our waiter was very accommodating to my dietary requests and made me feel welcome. Food came quickly and was delicious. Will return again.

We ate here for a late lunch. We shared the fried oysters and they crab melt. The food was good and the service was very nice. The Bloody Mary was awesome. I don't know if I would eat here for dinner but the breakfast/brunch menu also looked pretty good. I would definitely eat here again.

Just found this place walking down the street, looking for some alternative to Thai, Indian, Mexican and Italian. The special focus of this seafood place for this time period (they change it regularly but I don't know how often) was Veracruz, Mexico. Wow! We were not disappointed. It was nothing like all the other Mexican cuisine you find in the... More

We came on a Sunday night and had drinks before dinner. Relax and not rushed. There is quite a variety on the menu. Two of the guys ordered jambalaya and I the risotto with lobster mushrooms and zucchini. While they both liked their jambalaya, I found the that the risotto looked very good, but just didn't have that creamy flavor... More

The Brussel sprouts are awesome and the key lime pie divine. A great place for a Friday night. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the salad artist at work. Great oysters!

After reading the reviews, I decided to meet with friends for Sunday brunch, and was happy with our selections. Everyone really enjoyed their food, plentiful and tasty. I had the spinach, feta omelette with egg whites. Very yummy. It came with hash browns which I don't usually eat, but these were delicious! My friend had the oatmeal and it was... More
