We just had a outstanding dinner at Monsoon. Best spring rolls, flavoured in the most delicious subtle way I've ever had them anywhere in the world incl Asia! I think the brunch here is the best in the city with a unique combo of dim sum, Vietnamese, and French colonial. The service gets spotty when the tables are full though. more
