The concierge at our hotel said this restaurant was recently remodeled, and it was only two blocks away, so we went there for dinner. Food -- OK but not great. Service -- quite good. Atmosphere -- rather unusual. Very dark, backs of the booths are 7' high, bar "stools" are almost wraparound chairs, just plain different. Value -- mediocre, but... more

I had breakfast at 13 Coins at 6am. There were people in the place. I sat at the counter which has cool high backed chairs. I had a broccoli cheese omelet. It was gross. I don't recommend this place for breakfast. Maybe another time of day?? more
