If you're in Seattle, go to Shiro's, you will not be sorry. This is probably the best sushi we have ever had. You must sit at the sushi bar and if possible, sit on Shiro's end. However, any of the sushi chefs will give you a wonderful experience. Very fresh, very tasty and worth every penny you will spend there! more
