Our group sat in the bar for drinks. Great views and the drinks were very good. Fun place within the Pike Place Market. It's an old diner, very rustic. Did I say great views. Tom Hanks sat at the bar.

You know it won't be the best meal you eat in Seattle but you will enjoy it, along with the 100 year old setting and views of the water front. If you want to eat in the middle of Pike's Place, go for it.

Touristy place at the market. A good place to grab some coffee and watch the activities of the harbor, but my breakfast was rather disappointing. I had the seafood frittata, which while hearty, was lacking in spices and flavor. Not sure I'd go back as it was crowded and there are too many other quaint places that offer a less... More

This little local joint is a treasure. Originally a traditional Greek diner, this place has evolved over the years into a really nice local seafood restaurant. No more Greek entrees, but the spirit remains. The food and service are not up to gourmet standards. Some items on the menu are hit and miss. But it would be a terrible shame... More

We stopped for lunch at the Athenian Seafood Restaurant and Bar. There was a wait for a table, so we sat at the bar by the entrance. We had the Fish Tacos and the Seafood Sautee and both were excellent. Where we were seated we had a view of one of the cooks preparring dishes in front of us, which... More

Too many great choices on the menu for seafood lovers. I had the gulf prawn pasta and my wife had the fishwitch (a classic). Service was wonderful and the food portions were really generous. Ask for a window seat, the view is awesome!

In Pike Market Place is the Athenian Restaurant. The site of the making of scenes from the movie "Sleepless in Seattle". Looking inside you see a bar with footstools reminiscent of the 1950's. A very rustic look with a view of the Seattle Harbor and the islands. We were at the marketplace early in the morning and looking for a... More

This place is a landmark. The atmosphere is spectacular. It is an old diner with the counters and stools. There are also booths and tables. You are right in the Pike Place Market. After walking through the market and shopping this is a nice place to eat. I went with my daughter for a late lunch; I had the Alaskan... More
