Every course was delicious. We started with oysters and should have ordered more! We split the small Louie salad, which they plated separately for us and we each ordered a fresh fish course with one of the 3 preparation options. We chose the mushroom and pea hash with sumac yogurt and it was wonderful! Seems like a lot of ingredients... More

We have eaten at Shucker's probably 5 or 6 times during trips to Seattle, and we have never been disappointed. This was the first time we sat outside, and the wait staff was very attentive. As on previous visits, we ordered oysters with different preparations, and they were consistently excellent. Wonderful day, great food, a friendly waitress, and a comfy... More

Shuckers is located in the classic Chateau Fairmont hotel. The space is out of the early 1900s with a dark wood interior and old fashioned bar. As the name implies this is a seafood restaurant. I usually go for oysters and prosecco although all the food is good. They have great oysters Rockefeller. Also check out there other oyster recipes.... More

Enjoyed the Ahi tuna for a business lunch. Cooked to absolute perfection! The staff was attentive without hovering and Shucker's was vibrant and alive. Great place for an excellent lunch

We went on a weeknight at 6:00 pm and it was pretty empty and the waitresses were nicely attentive. The bread was ok and would have been better if it was warm.. The Clam Chowder was great and came with a huge mug of oyster crackers! My duck got the 1/2 dozen oyster variety and she seemed to enjoy sucking... More

Unable to get table at main formal dining room, we were directed to Schucker's, a bar/restaurant at the Fairmont. People at next table so noisy, we couldn't converse. Fish ok. Steak poor quality. Had better food at a local bat near Convention Center on last trip to Seattle. Not worth the difference in price if looking for Happy Hour atmosphere.

Generally I am not fan of sea food but wow, it was first time in my life that I tried sea food. raw oyster, tuna fish, mossels, and a fish which I forgot the name. Maybe you do not belive that, but I finished my plate (tuna) and I finished the other plates as well. the waiter was a very... More

I had wanted to go to Shucker's for a long time, but I never seemed to make it. I had heard they had really good seafood and the rumor was that they are one of the few restaurants in existence that still has Green Goddess dressing on the menu. Finally about a year ago I made a reservation for a... More

Oysters are $1.50 each from 3 to 5pm, and wines and drinks discounted too. Dinners run from the low to the high 20s and looked super large and delicious but we had 2 1/2 dozen oysters and lots of wine, perfect!
