Shucker's is located in the Olympic Hotel, a Fairmont property. They specialize in oysters (hence the name), and we enjoyed a supper of seafood. The service was friendly and professional, enhancing the overall experience. The muffin-like bread served at the beginning of the meal was particularly interesting (and great tasting!).

Ate lunch outside. Appetizers and condiments yummy and fair priced. Ate dinner Sunday evening, very expensive, good food but crab cakes were not as good as our Outer Banks variety. Server Tori was exceptionally slow. Took 20 mins. To bring a beer. 2 glasses of wine, 2 beers and 2 entrees = $150.00

I am giving the food a very good rating but the overall experience and "sticker shock", closely spaced small tables plus a waiter who gave the impression he was bored really pulled down the overall experience. The food: I had the "wild scallops" plate and my travel companion had a salmon entree. Both were excellent, well prepared, nicely presented and... More

I was impressed with the number of options on this menu: oysters prepared in a variety of ways, salmon done in multiple ways, and many choices of local fish. I had the dungeness crab, which is yummy! The servers in this restaurant are professional and accommodating.

On our last night in Seattle we decided to try Shucker's since we were staying at the Fairmont Hotel. We were not impressed. The crab Mac n' Cheese was hot enough to burn one's mouth, with the pasta completely overdone and mushy. Conversely, the fried squid appetizer came to the table barely lukewarm. My husband's $38 halibut turned out to... More

Ate here with a group of 6 and they were very accommodating. The bartender, the hosts and the servers were very professional and fun. All of the food was good, the oysters were excellent and the waiter made very good suggestions. Will definitely eat here next time I am in downtown Seattle.

We have eaten at Shucker's 4 times, for lunches and dinners. Twice we have had excellent service from two different waiters. The other two times, the service was really slow, and our waitress (the same woman) spent a lot of time "visiting" with other customers. When it's crowded, the tables are so close together that you can hear conversations all... More

One word - scallops. These are consistently the best I've ever had. Accompanied by delicious sides (usually mashed potatoes and greens) you cannot go wrong. The service can be slow, seating is cramped and the servers very from good to mediocre but the food speaks for itself. Shucker's is conveniently located in downtown Seattle at the base of the Fairmont... More

A pub type environment, tables close together, with lots of hustle and bustle. Food very good, lots of seafood, good waiters and efficient service despite its business.
