This restaurant/bar was part of the hotel where we were staying. The food was terrific, from the Caesar Salad to the mudpie and Crème Brulee we had for desert. Our server the first night was named Tori, and she was exceptional. She had great suggestions, and was very professional. But it was last night (Saturday night) where this place really... More

Well what can I say, we all had a great meal but when your teenage daughter throws up its hard to give a glowing review. I might add, this restaurant is part of the Fairmont hotel. Very posh, fancy hotel. We entered through the hotel lobby, asked directions to the restaurant and received less than a friendly greeting from the... More

My husband and I had a wonderful afternoon at Shuckers. The oysters are top class as is the rest of the food. The service is good and the ambiance perfect. The selection of seafood is amazing. So relaxing and I definitely recommend when visiting Seattle

A much better than average dining option, considering it is in a hotel. Very high quality seafood (I'm a total fish snob from Boston). I especially loved the Dungeness crab in several preparations. Not inexpensive but good overall value.

Went there on a weekend trip after cocktails at the terrace bar. The restaurant is located in the Fairmont Olympic lower level. Atmosphere is classic upscale oyster bar, lots of wood, brass, and booths. We sat on the street level patio which was very nice on a warm breezy night. After seeing some of the portions other groups were getting... More

After introducing the town I grew up in to my 16 year old daughter, we decided to celebrate at Shucker's. Wow, what a wonderful dinner! I had the seared scallops and she had the grilled king salmon. Both were perfectly, tastefully prepared. The sides were also tasty. I tried the crab Mac n cheese ordered by my daughter and it... More

Often filled with tourists, Shuckers is a go to choice for us. As Seattle locals, there are many excellent seafood restaurants, and while we visit many we always return to Shuckers. Oysters are excellent, although the selection is more limited than other oyster bars. The Shuckers seafood Chop Salad is rich and laden with crab and shrimp-I recommend the smaller... More

This pricing here is average for a fine dining restaurant, but it has a great array of amazing fish and the portion sizes are good. Its in the fairmont, so it has an old world charm to it. If you are looking for a quiet fine dining seafood experience, Shucker's is a great choice! They do have great Oysters, but... More
