Nice Lunch Choice

Shucker's is attached to the hotel Fairmont. It is nice because you can room charge your meals. We ate lunch here 3 times and had drinks nightly with friends. It is small and tables are crowded. Awaiting your arrival while nestled in the bosom of The Fairmount Olympic Hotel lies Shuckers Oyster Bar ready to be of service. Stately in her appearance, comfortable in her ambiance, we were more than ready to dine and have our palates tantalized. My friend ordered the special which was the Lobster Risotto served with Salmon which was delicious…yup I tasted... More

The staff at the crowne plaza recommended it. Short walk from hotel ( this is the fairmont hotel restaurant) . Walked in, very narrow space with close tables and seems noisy, but since we didn't have reservation, asked to sit outside, which was better. Crab cakes were small but very good, add a side of asparagus to round It out.... More

We had a fabulous dinner the end of June. The salmon was prepared in an amazing way and just melted in your mouth. Service was spot on, always filling water glasses and making sure all was well. Raw oyster choices were fantastic and a pleasure. The restaurant has old dark wood which was quite pleasant and a break from more... More

We were able to dine outside on a delightful evening. The service was exceptional. We had their Crab Louie salad. It was delicious. The Paella was full of seafood and delicious. We also dined on the mixed seafood grill. It too was delicious. This is a pricier restaurant but the food and service made it worth it.

We love this restaurant in downtown Seattle. Best clam chowder and best clams and bread. Lovely little window seat we enjoy. If you want a restaurant with the best of a taste of Seattle this is it.

We ate here on the first night of our celebration. We were staying at the Fairmont Olympic on the night before we began a cruise to Alaska, and our bellman recommended it as a nice casual but nice place to eat. We are from Annapolis, MD and we eat blue crabs. We've never had Dungeness crab, so we were hesitant... More

This is a nice restaurant that is easier to find from the street than from within the Fairmont. Definitely the best selection of oysters in the downtown area; I could have indulged all night on the varieties being offered, as some other businessmen were doing to wind down after the work day. Copper River King Salmon was on the specials... More

Good quality hotel restaurant with good service. The tables are a little packed in so a table at the edge of the restaurant is recommended. The crab Louie salad (appetizer) was enough for an entree
