We had a party of size and were put on the back of a side room with now windows, poor lighting and surrounded closely by other tables. Other than that, the food was quite good although priced on the high side. more

We stopped in to the Dahlia after dinner for drinks & dessert. The place is really swanky and fun. They were a little crowded, so they sat us in our own room - which was nice and not nice at the same time. We would have liked to be in with all the action! Regardless...the service was excellent...the desserts were... more

REALLY good asian fusion flavors, with some creative and surprising combinations! Well-stocked bar with some nice signature drinks, and great atmosphere and service. My only complaint: a couple of my meats were a little drier than I'd like, but the flavors in the preparations more than made up for it. more

At last Tom Douglas' excellent Dahlia Lounge has gotten carried away with itself. I would have liked it if the staff had inquired (as they routinely do at the Metropolitan Grill, e.g.) whether I had somewhere to be (I did: the opera). I would also have appreciated it if the effort to provide trendy pan-Pacific fusion food had been mitigated... more

We booked the Dahlia for our first night in Seattle based on many reviews and were not disappointed. The service from Kevin(oince he warmed up) was terrific. Lots of advise and referrals to places to go in Seattle. We had several of the individual plates which were all excellent and the Kalua pig...very flavourful. Then on to the roast pork and... more

My husband and I travel to Seattle several times a year. We have our usual favorites for breakfast. We decided to try something new and went to Dahlia Lounge for brunch on Saturday morning. We both had the french toast which was amazing! I wish I could remember the type of bread they used, but I can't. All I know,... more

Heard Dahlia Lounge was the one Tom Douglas Restaurant to try if any so we went on a Sunday for Brunch (no lunch on the weekends). We ordered the famous Crab Cakes and the Halibut with the Basil, Zuchinni puree. The Halibut was outstanding, grilled to perfection and very tender. The puree that accompanied it was fabulous! The portion wasn't... more

Dahlia is low-lit and romantic inside, but at the same time, lively. Service was just fast enough and very friendly. We started with a couple drinks which were well-made. I had the cold melon soup with crab which was thick and refreshing. Hubby had the salad which was also good. I then had the crab cakes, which lived up to... more

Amazing service coupled with excellent food. A nice place to go for a special occasion or a treat. Love the atmosphere at this restaurant. Dark, warm, Asian influences. Very sexy-cool. Food was excellent, although perhaps a bit overpriced and overhyped. But still very tasty. We had the potstickers to start (amazing), the crab cakes (lots of crab -- no fillers)... more
