Best Ling Cod

Being from Britain originally and now living in Victoria BC, I thought I knew good fish and chips. I am loath to admit it, but I was wrong. We visited Anthony's and all had the fish chowder and ling cod & chips. Best I ever did have. Servers are professional and friendly, and the view on our... read more

Watch the sunset while you eat your choice of chowda. Drove out to Shilshole bay and wanted to dine on the water.mwe sat ourselves on the more casual bar side which provides you with the bar menu and the dining room menu. Had some prawns to peel, then I had the New England clam chowder which was thick and tasty... More

We came here for a business dinner at sunset. It was fairly crowded but we were able to get in with about a 20 minute wait. Service was excellent, menu was very good, wine list good for WA wines but basically no others (yes I'm a CA wine snob!). The views were excellent, especially at sunset, and really make the... More

Anthony's is a Seattle institution with several seafood restaurants in town. My daughter selected this restaurant to celebrate her birthday. It was a terrible mistake. We were a party of seven, with my wife, my daughter, her husband and three children. We were seated promptly and the dining experience went downhill from there. It took about 15 minutes to get... We had lobster. It was the way it was supposed to be, reminding me of my days in Maine. The choice of wine was very good. The server was friendly and came by very regularly. The desert was bread pudding and it was worth it. The restaurant is well known locally and popular. I understand why.

It doesn't need to break the budget, either. There are seasonal specials (luckily, winter includes lobster!) and you'll get some really good deals. The meals do not come with a salad (I think they used to), but the bread and side veggies are more than adequate. You won't get up hungry. Good desserts, too. Really nice waterfront location with good... More

Our view was good, we ordered the dungueness crab. It is a local favorite. It is the only restaurant however where we had to use a pocket flashlight to read the menu!! It was very dim inside. Our service was great! I recommend the blackberry cobbler, it was very good.

Anthony's downtown has a better menu and much richer experience than the other Anthony's - i.e. Edmonds. We had a family dinner here in September and each meal was perfectly prepared. Not so much if you go to the branch campuses. My salmon was slightly crisp on the outside, rate on the inside. Just perfect. The staff was great and... More

Anthony's can't be beat in flavor and ambiance, if it is Anthony's you know your in for a treat. Clam chowder, sour dough bread and bay shrimp cocktail just to name a few favorites.
