This restaurant was recommended by my hotel concierge. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and promptly looked after. My waiter Chase was top notch, knew the menu well and was always courteous and friendly without being too intrusive. I ordered the Satay for starters and Curry Laksa for mains. Both dishes were delicious, generous and the service was... More

Pan Asian restaurants are often disappointing because they try too much and end up without character or identity. Wild Ginger is a remarkable exception to this rule. Their website says they cook authentic recipes from around Asia - in reality, based on my travels around many parts of Asia, they cook them with just the right hint of Asian fusion... More

Service was great - very attentive. Server explained menu items well. Food was cooked perfectly (kung pao chicken, green curry w chicken, lamb meatballs). The lamb was the spiciest of the trio but still on the mild end of the spectrum. The kung pao was good, but the lamb and curry were excellent. Environment was comfortable but upscale. Collared shirt... More

We spotted this place just walking by and decided to give it a try. They have several dining areas so could seat quite a crowd. We had a booth in the central area. I started with a ginger martini which was great, then followed Buddha rolls, which were kind of average. My main was the Panang beef curry which was... More

Our server Michael greeted us with a warm welcome and that was just the start of a lovely meal. We started with lamb satay which was wonderful. He encouraged us to enjoy the mains family style and that was absolutely the right way to enjoy the chef's menu...we chose tuna, lamb meatballs, princess prawns and Panang curry. Delicious combo and... More

My husband and I were visiting Seattle and ate at Wild Ginger on the advice of some foodie friends of ours. I have to say, it was one of the most pleasurable meals I've ever had. My husband felt the same way. We ordered several smaller items and shared, it was so fun, everything was so beautiful and flavorful. The... More
