One of Seattle’s proudest traditions is the Pike Place Market, right next door. The market thrives by providing the highest quality seasonal products indigenous to the Pacific Northwest. This allows Cutters--totally remodeled in April 2012--to be directly influenced by the unique nature of the market. Because of Cutters' ongoing commitment to incorporate only the finest seasonal Northwest ingredients in all menu offerings, we can truly say: “If it’s there, it’s here."

TRY SALMON CHOWDER

Loved the Salmon chowder! The service was good, they were closing in 1/2 hour so dining room closed off but bar area nice. Pricey meals will just do chowder which was well worth price, with bread.

This place was recommended by a gentleman on the plane. It was very good, but a little pricey. I had the flavored iced tea which was very refreshing. We went for an early dinner. We had calamari, wedge salad, cod, mahi, everything was good, but the prices were high for what we got. The restaurant is very close to Pike... More

We were the first ones in for an early lunch. We had the calamari, wedge salads and clam chowder. The sourdough bread was very good, the soup was ok I have had much better elsewhere. The wedge salad is just that a wedge salad, you get a 1/4 of ice berg lettuce that you cut up. The calamari we had... More

I found the area around Cutters to be slightly odd with the hundreds of homeless wandering around on one side and an ugly, noisy motorway on the other. However once you get in its a fantastic upmarket restaurant to spend an evening. The night we went there was a trainee waiter serving us being shadowed by a longer serving staff... More

Husband and I went to Cutters June 26 and we are very dissapointed in our experience. First off, my menu was soaked and stained with food and drink, very unappealing. I ordered a frozen drink which came with a maraschino cherry on top which I am allergic to (server had no idea, not his fault) bur when he set it... More

Cutters is at the north end of the Pike Place Market. Probably one of the best all around views of Puget Sound. Recommend you try your best to secure a water view table. You will be able to see the main part of the Sound associated with Seattle, West Seattle, the Olympic Mountains (if not too cloudy) Mt Rainer (same)... More

Good location and view with attentive waiter. Food above average. Worthwhile experience because of the attention to personal service by the staff. Food was very good but not exceptional. We may have had unreasonable expectations due to superb meal night before. Would go there again.

We had a party of 9 at Cutters last Saturday and really enjoyed it! Everyone loved their food, especially the crab and salmon sandwiches! The crab stuffed prawns and crab cakes were excellent as well! The views are beautiful and really good food.. we will definitely be back!

We splurged at Cutters and brought some friends who were from Denver. We ordered a bottle of Caymus, everyone had cocktails, and we shared appetizers and several people had the Halibut fish of the day. We also enjoyed dessert. This was not a cheap evening, but it was certainly fun!
