We had a drink here one night and breakfast the day we were leaving. Breakfast was ok. My granola could have been a tad fresher, but I did not complain or send it back. I ate it, but it was close to dispose of date. I eat homemade and store bought granola everywhere and know when something is close to... More

I had the fried chicken and a dessert and wasn't impressed by either. I was there at 7pm for dinner and service was pretty slow. They could have used another server or two.

Stopped in for a night cap and dessert on way back to our hotel. Cozy cafe, personable service, good desserts & cocktails; can even grab a book from one the shelves to read while dining.

"Bookstore Bronco" drink is fabulous! So fresh a taste and surprisingly light. Not at all what I expected.

This was one of the best hotel breakfasts ever. Frankly they had my three favorite breakfasts on the menu, so we ordered more food then we needed. The pork chop and eggs was a cut above, and the lox and bagel we excellent

Thank you so much for writing a review on TripAdvisor regarding your recent visit! We have some big plans for 2014 and hope to see you at the Alexis again soon. I have confirmed with Chef Chris that the Pork Chop & Eggs is staying on the new menu. Yay! (One of my favorites, too!) More

Bookstore is the bar at Alexis Hotel and is a great place to enjoy an after-work drink and a few minutes to recharge after a tough day. The bar is small but accommodating and has fantastic Happy Hour Specials. They have one of the best bourbon and Scotch collections I’ve ever seen at any bar and the food is also... More

We didn't eat here but had a drink. Our wait person was wonderful. I had an excellent martini. The ambiance is great. I love the idea of the 'book store.'

Whenever we are in Seattle we have to visit the Library Bistro & Bookstore Bar. It has a fun, cozy atmosphere and is a nice place to have a quiet drink and visit with friends (hate the loud, thumping music so often found in bars). Sometimes the service is slow, but it's so nice being there...you can order at the... More

This bar was next door to the Alexis, where we stayed, and we loved the bartender! She was friendly, made delicious cocktails and loaded us down with recommendations in Seattle as well as for the rest of our trip in Portland and Bend. Very cool atmosphere, with outdoor seating options, too. Highly recommend if you're nearby!
