The service was bad at this location, we arrived 45 mins ahead of our reserv cause we made the reservation just before we head their way, and we got one so we thought they were not busy, when we got there we told the hostess and she said they will seat us in 15 mins to seat at the bar,... read more

Maybe because it was a Monday night and the "B Team" was working that night, but the service was not great and my Steak came out like a hockey puck (I asked for "medium" and got "well done").. The Manager was kind enough to give me a free soup, but I had to wait as I watched my friend eat..... More

Cozy place with good food. The steelhead was cooked to perfection and nicely presented. I loved the spinach salad that came with a really good vinaigrette. The wine selection of the day was also a pleasant surprise and fairly priced. On the downside, I paid $7 for a "Double Expresso" that was just black coffee in an expresso cup ...... More

When we are downtown we always enjoy stopping in the bar for a drink here. The bartenders are excellent, the service is great and late night happy hour is wonderful. We have eaten dinner here too and have never been disappointed.

It was hard to see why this place was so busy at lunch time. It is rather expensive, slow in service, and serves an outdated menu. Our crab and shrimp Louie's had way too much dressing!

We had just arrived in Seattle and wanted to get some lunch after a long flight. Walked over to McCormick and Schmicks and sat down to some really fine seafood. the service was exceptional and the place is older with a lot of character. The oysters that were pan fried over a sauce were just fantastic. The food overall is... More

The restaurant is located on Lake Union. Our table was by the window and had the most amazing view of the lake and the city! The service was excellent. There were 4 in our party. Everyone ordered something different and everyone enjoyed their meals. I ordered the steamed mussels appetizer. It was fabulous! The mussels were cooked perfectly and the... More

Okay, the food wasn't anything to write home about, it is still pretty good. Add the view and pretty good turns into really good! We have eaten there before, down in the bar/grill, and enjoyed it more. This time we had lunch; the food was just pretty good. Next time we will go to Pike St Market for lunch.

NOTE: I know that the date posted says August 2014, but we visited August 2012, but we never wrote a review about our... experience. I finally decided to write a review and warn others. First, we arrived at the restaurant and we were seated right away. My wife and I used to love this chain, and we were looking forward... More
