Named after the potent New Orleans cocktail, Sazerac is by far one of downtown Seattle's hippest spots. The food is fresh with deep resonant flavors, roasted and wood-fired, earthy and sensual. "This southern-style spot is destined to be a Seattle classic." -Seattle Times

For dinner when you arrive late from the East Coast, this hit the spot. And the fondue....don't even get me started. Really nice wait staff, good bartenders. A lovely choice for dinner!!

Amazing breakfast and mimosas. Wished I was drinking the bloody mary's, but was more in a champagne mood. Order the Chilaquiles - simply delicious!

Located in the Hotel Monaco and centrally located. Happy hour is from 4-8 and there is a nice selection of food from which to choose. The bar area is extensive. We enjoyed the sweet potato fries, Ceasar salad, burger and chicken sandwich. Have Kelly the bartender make you a Sazerac with Sazerac rye. It costs $2 more but worth it.... More

I ate both breakfast and lunch at this popular restaurant. Good and expeditious service. Great food, especially the lunch I had the salmon which was very tasty and perfectly cooked.

I had a sazerac cocktail which was quite tasty (if you like licorice). My husband and I each had pizzas, which were delicious. Dessert was the berry cobbler. Our server... More

Traditionally the restaurants in Kimpton hotels are wonderful and Seattle's Hotel Monaco is no exception. Excellent bar, service and food. Couldn't have been happier with my meals.

Usually hotel restaurants aren't that great but this one is excellent! We had the chilaquiles and the granola and yogurt, both were delicious! Would definitely recommend you visiting.
