She recommended Assaggio's as the having the best Italian food in the city. We made a reservation for 6pm and arrived on time to find our table waiting for us. Water, amazing artisan bread and... I was just looking for an affordable dinner that wasnt going to make a mockery of my per diem. I looked at two well reviewed places next to it and was a bit surprised at how pricey things were. This place did Italian food and gave me a wonderful plate of spaghetti bolognese for a very reasonable price. It was... More

I was looking to TripAdvisor to find a restaurant close to our hotel, and this is what we found. I made a reservation at 530pm for 8pm. Just a short walk from the Westin we arrived at this little gem. We were seated right away by the owner. The seating was a little tight, but this is a nice little... More

This was my first time in Seattle and we found this restaurant by accident. It was the pleasant buzzy atmosphere inside which attracted us but we managed to find 2 seats at the bar which were still very comfortable. I had the Ravioli scallops for mains and the tartuffo lemoncello desert and both were delicious. I also had a glass... More

I tried the seafood fettucini and it wasn't what I was expecting. It wasn't great, it wasn't horrible but nothing to write home about. The bread and dipping sauce was a nice tour. I had an Apple martini drink and it was so strong I had to water it down. The prices were a bit on the high side. The... More

Visited with party of six. Reservations are a must, and w/o too much waiting at 7PM seated. Spacing on a Saturday night means tight-tables and limited elbow room - meaning the ability to have table conversation only occurs during the valley's in the over the ambient noise (the restaurant is loud). Menu expansive, and willingness to allow off-menu requests a... More

A little pricey for the specials we ordered and found the plates to be a litte barren but the food was cooked and seasoned well. The wine list was also quite good and reasonably priced. The owner made the rounds and greeted each table which is always a nice touch.

Had a great dinner here. Food was great. Staff were wonderful. If your looking for a quiet romantic place this would not be it though. Very loud and boisterous. Also you get to know your neighbour as the tables are very close together. We enjoyed that and got to know a very nice couple sitting next to us. Great fun.

We had no reservation and the maître d found us a table. Food was delicious, wine was excellent. Service was excellent. Will definitely return. I had a seafood plate, vegetables were perfect.

From the moment Mauro greets you at the door until the final sip of espresso, it's pretty much perfect. The food is outstanding, the service impeccable and the ambiance is always warm and inviting. One of our favorite Italian restaurants in Seattle!
