The food here was great. I had a hard time deciding what to choose from the menu. It has a little bit of everything for everyone.

As is usual . . Depends on your mood . . If you want crowded, loud and fun . .this is it. Food is good. Service is very good . . Felt a tad bit rushed or it would have been excellent. The soup and desert was very good. I had a non pasta pork dish which was average .... More

Went here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. She lives in the Seattle area, we are from out of town. This was one of my favorite restaurants ever! We sat inside at the window and were able to watch the street life, without the effects of traffic. The drinks were made to perfection, the food was so delectable, and the waiter... More

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. If you are in the mood for wonderful Italian food with fabulous service this is the place to eat. After a long day of sight seeing we were walking back to our hotel and stopped to check the restaurant out. The restaurant had a wonderful ambience but we feared we were... More

The place looks charming and inviting. The owner was welcoming but our group of 8 got the gruff waiter that tried to up-sell us to a $60 bottle of wine with the $42 bottle we ordered was out. We balked and he suggested a delicious $38 Tuscan so it worked out. The food was mediocre at best, we're from NYC... More

We enjoyed a dinner here - the food was quite good and included cinghale (boar), which is not common in American Italian restaurants and excellent cannoli. The service was attentive, tho we felt a bit rushed. The proprietor greets patrons warmly and the rest of the staff is also quite friendly.

You need go no further than the excellent selection of pastas and sauces to be reminded of what genuine Italian food tastes like. Easy to get to any time you are in Seattle, with nice old world ambience.

I would travel back to Seattle just to go to dinner here. My buddy and I were extremely tired and a little disheveled from our long day of sight seeing and we stumbled in on a Friday night. It was packed with locals and the gentleman greeting was the owner. Everyone loved him and he had a little table by... More

We had reservations and were seated as soon as we arrived. Food was traditional Italian and very good - there seemed to be a good number of local regulars dining - always a positive. As in other Seattle restaurants we felt a bit rushed - a little time to enjoy our wine would have been nice.

We feel it helps to be known at this restaurant. If one has a reservation, be aware that there might be a wait because the owner likes his repeat patrons and caters to them. The owner is a burst of energy, and the restaurant reflects it. Servers are trying to keep up. They are rushing around trying to tend to... More
