Better than your average RCSH

Elegant space, beautiful back bar. Enjoyed French martini, spirited ahi tuna for appetizer, a tender filet and a piece of cheese cake for dessert that could have fed three. Service was attentive, congenial, but left a lot of time between courses. The meal took 2.5 hours.

Having eaten at numerous RCSHs (a staple business traveling;) sadly, we all expected more. From the moment you arrive to this out of date, yet once elegant venue. It looks tired and feels run-down dingy and gloomy. We had the special classic menu and neither The Steaks & fish were on point and the creamed spinach was excellent, unfortunately the... More

We celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary there and it was wonderful! From the person that greeted us at the door and all the wait staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Although a little pricey, the food and service was exceptional. The steaks practically melted in your mouth they were so tender. The side dishes were also delishous and everything was... More

My family ate dinner here. We had lots of local choices. There was loud grown ups in the bar area with inappropriate loud language and nothing was done about the disturbance it was creating. With a 200.00 food bill I would expect a much more professional atmosphere. Our server was busy resetting up his area instead of attending to our... More

Our first visit. Bring your wallet. This is a classy place but it is worth it. KD, our server, was helpful and overall just excellent My wife and I split a lobster tail and steak combo. I do believe the best tasting steak I have ever had. Our son had a petite filet that he just raved about. We split... More

Having eaten at several RCSHs, albeit on the East Coast, I expected more. From the moment you go in you get an impression of a once elegant venue which has become tired and run-down. And the clientele bear this out. Seattle is a young peoples city - with 85% of the population under 45, and earning good money - but... More

so my group booked a breakfast here in a private room (connected to the Grand Hyatt). service was great. Nelson greeted us with coffee and never let our cups become empty. nice mix of healthy (steel cut oatmeal, fruit) and extravagant (filet mignon and eggs) choices. a bit pricey but quite good. only quibble was toast was an extra and... For me, the atmosphere is just as important as the quality of the food. For the price of a meal at this restaurant I expect it to be top notch all the way around. This was my first visit to the Seattle location after visiting a Ruth's Chris in California. I was super excited to go and then quickly disappointed... More

Dinner with my partner and my son... Thought this was going to be a stunning steak dinner but was unfortunately disappointing. My partner ordered the filet medallions rare; one was medium and the other raw, both had to be sent back and were replaced with another medium and a well done... She ate the medium as she was hungry... Mashed... More

The 6 oz filet mignon was cooked perfectly. Loved the wine and the super hot bread. Ate at the bar and couldn't have been happier. The asparagus was limp.
