I love this place, the atmosphere is great, but the food is astonishing! My steak was so flavorful and cooked just the way I wanted it....and to drink it down with an appletini made it even more mouth watering..they have the best chef...highly recommend this place. Can't wait to visit again.

Dropped in for a late meal after arriving at the hotel and arrived at "second happy hour" which runs from 9-11pm. Salad, seared ahi and a drink set me back $20. Great food and great service.

I had steak and fries. Steak was amazing, cooked exactly as I asked. The steak had succulent fat on it and was so juicy. Downside is the cost is very expensive, $50 for ribeye steak.

Had dinner at the bar while staying at the Hyatt. The food was good, and service was excellent. While I'm accustomed to paying top-dollar at hotel restaurants, RC seems particularly expensive ($120 for a salad, salmon entree, and 2 glasses of house wine).

My wife and I were visiting Seattle for a 25th anniversary trip and decided to book a special dinner at Ruth's Chris. We wouldn't normally spend so much on a dinner for the 2 of us, but our children had given us a gift certificate and it was a special occasion. The restaurant was in the central downtown area and... On Sunday morning we arrived for breakfast at 8:30 am. We were a party of six. Four of us ordered the "build your own omelet" and the other two order breakfast hash and eggs and sausage and eggs. The restaurant at the time had three other tables of two to serve. We waited and waited and waited and waited. Our... More

My wife and I both tried petite steaks. She had the filet and I had the ribeye. These are both plenty big for normal appetites, We added the potatoes au gratin whcih was rich and cheesy. The steaks are sered on a platter of sizziling butter. It doesn't get much better.

My husband and I stopped in for happy hour on a recent trip to Seattle. Ruth's Chris was in the hotel we were staying in, and we saw they had a great happy hour menu. Win-win! We were amazed at the quality of the food and drinks we had, and for only $5 each. I wish we had a location... More

They have a nice happy hour with pretty good size portions. The staff was always friendly but found happy hour service could be a little slow.

If you are into steak, excellent wine and outstanding service then this is the place. We had not booked and the place was jumping but were advised a table would be ready in a short time. So we got our bottle of wine and took seats at the bar. Dis not wait long before our table was ready. Well I... More
