Fail safe

Needing some protein and a vegetable for a dinner meal, I swung into RC's downtown (options were limited at 7pm at night) - and had a delicious steak and steamed broccoli at the bar. It was clean, the service was excellent and the steak was perfectly cooked. If you love steak, this restaurant... read more

My husband and I wanted to do something special for our anniversary and decided to stay overnight at the Grand Hyatt and have dinner at Ruth's Chris. I had annotated on the reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary and when we arrived, our table was decorated with Hapy Anniversary confetti. Our waiter, Stefan, was attentive without hovering. To our... More

Hard to believe, but my friend and I had never been to a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. Visiting Seattle for a concert, we saw our opportunity to try one out. We were met, seated, and served by a host of friendly staff, each eager to help us have a wonderful lunch. Warm bread and soft butter (no little packages of iced-butter)... More

Yes, Ruth's Chris is expensive; yet going in there with that mindset takes off a little of the "sticker shock" when the bill comes. That said, you will never taste a better steak. Ever. Absolute perfection. A dull butter knife could have cut through the cut I had. The salad and sides were awesome as well.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner with my colleagues after a long week. We had excellent service and enjoyed the 3 course meal offerings. I highly recommend the spicy lobster appetizer - such interesting flavor!

I have eaten at Ruths in many locations across the US, I have always had a great meal and great service. Ruths at the Grand Hyatt in Seattle is no different, great food, great service and reasonably priced, the fillet is excellent and the sides are enough to share between 2, sometimes it hard to pick the sides are there... GREAT place for dinner! Excellent service, excellent food, beautiful surroundings. If you are downtown, it is well worth the price.

The crab cakes were very wonderful and I asked to have them to go. They got very busy and forgot my order, but the food was good. There were no open tables, very busy!

I saw breakfast available on urbanspoon and was compelled to call and verify. 1 of 3 Ruth's Chris that do breakfast. I had the Northwestern Eggs Benedict that substituted the Canadian bacon with Crab Cake. The plating (not usually my thing) was a little off. The Hollandaise with water(?) were separating and swimming around plate and the potatoes were a... More

I'm torn between Ruth Chris and Flemings steakhouse for happy hour. I try to visit one of these whenever I can. When in Seattle I visit Ruth Chris at the Hyatt for happy hour. Great martinis ( ask for blue cheese stuffed olives) food pretty good, service at the bar very good, service in the bar area just ok. Not... More
