We asked the waiter to recommend almost a dozen different oysters for our tasting, and had fun "rating" each one on its brininess and texture. Info on where each type of oyster is farmed or harvested is posted on a large board behind the bins filled with about two dozen different varieties. Scrumptious. A terrific spot to stop for lunch... Went there for my birthday dinner. Had the best salmon I have ever eaten. Seriously melt-in-your-mouth!! Get the sockeye cooked on the plank. I may have to fly back up just for this!!

Stopped by for a quick lunch with our 2 year old grandson on the way to the Seattle Aquarium. My grandson and son had the fish and chips, my husband had the oyster po boy sandwich and I had the blacken salmon tacos. ALL were excellent. Oysters were were $3.50 each. Excellent food, a little pricey but well worth the... More

So our first vacation in a while found is out in Seattle waiting in a cruise. We took the opportunity to walk around Pikes Market and visit some of the local stalls. Around lunchtime we headed down to Elliott's Oyster House at Pier 55 to feed the angry oyster monster within ( my wife). We found an inviting table out... More

Even though it is called a oyster house, they have an extensive seafood menu. My husband had the wild salmon and I had the crab cakes and scallops. It is a very popular restaurant so be prepared to wait awhile for your food to come.

It's pricey but well worth it! Elliot's has an extensive menu with lots of great fish selections. I highly recommend Elliott's while you're in Seattle!

We visited with former Seattle-ites who wanted to rekindle their love of the city. Friday afternoon at 5 p.m. offered up a 45 minute wait but we had drinks while overlooking Pudget Sound, no complaints. We were able to get in on the happy hour prices so everyone had an appetizer at a great rate, and portions were quite adequate.... More

We were in Seattle for several days and had our first meal at Elliott's the day we arrived. Liked it so well we went back for our last!! The seafood is fresh from the boats, and the preparation adds so much to each dish. Delicious, subtle sauces, perfect seasonings and lots of choices on the menu! If you are an... More

Most of the food was good. We personally had the Oyster Rockefeller, which I had never had before, and it was excellent. I felt relaxed and not rushed the entire time, despite it being a Saturday night. Our waiter was great and the view... Gorgeous. It's been a while since I've been so I can't remember why I wasn't 100%... More

Better than the tourist trap you expect it to be given its location on the waterfront. It is expensive but it has a patio overlooking the water and the food is excellent. Fresh choices for everything and we had a terrific server who was exceptionally knowledgeable about everything, including the oysters; which were delicious.
