Okay, I have not shared my most favorite home restaurant in Seattle. So here goes... If you are looking for the best seafood in Seattle, this is my #1 choice. The progressive oyster bar during the week is superb and lots of fun with a variety of oysters, as well as appetizers. Hope they bring back the Jack Daniels oysters.... More

Elliott's Oyster House is located on Pier 56, right down by the water. Our window table allowed for a beautiful view. The oyster menu is huge, but we chose the Tequila-Lime Mussels for an appetizer, which was very flavorful. There were quite a few selections of fresh salmon. I ordered Sockeye, which was delicious. My husband really enjoyed his Grilled... More

This is a nice restaurant right on the pier so had a great view of the Sound. Glad we were able to eat here since it closed shortly for the 6-month seawall project. We had just missed the lunch crowd so had to wait 5 minutes for a table. The lunch portions are generous (had the Elliott Bay Burger, spouse... More

The restaurant is right on the water. The food is a little pricey but is very good. It is also very touristy spot but we had a spot right near the window so we could watch the boats go in and out. It was nice to go to once but I would not go back.

The oysters were such a delicious treat - try the various combinations and you will not be disappointed. The service was tops and quick. I'd go back again but my time was limited.

My local friend brought me in, and I am happy she did! The oysters are unbelievable and the champagne accent crystals are amazing. I also enjoyed the clam chowder and a bloody mary and a salad.

I can see why they get the business, i mean right on the Pier, we were waiting for the water tour and wanted a quick bite. Wife loved her Oyster Po' Boy but my Pier Burger was lacking. The service was not so good either, server clearly does not want to work there, and never paid attention when he was... More

We visited Elliott's on a short stay in Seattle. Early evening after a big football game so it was understandably busy. Our booking request was taken quickly and we were invited to wait at the bar, and wait we did. Along with many others while the two bar staff studiously ignored us all and concentrated only on the task at... More

I try to get to Elliott's once a year. A 600 mile trip but worth the travel. Service was great. A very good Washington wine selection. The oyster selection and freshness of the seafood is always terrific. In a dozen trips I have always had a good waiter/waitress.

Short story: best oysters I've had (with a big selection and price range), beautiful location on the waterfront, staff gave great recommendations, great sandwich and chowders. I knew at some point I wanted to get oysters in Seattle - secret goal of the trip. After I interrogated the crew of the harbor ship cruise my family was on, they highly... More
