What a wonderful restaurant! Exceptional views overlooking the bay in Seattle. Friendly staff and excellent food. The oysters are terrific, the salmon excellent and the light sauce on the fettuccine, great! And not over salted like many restaurants. Highly recommend.

Easy to make reservations and seated on time. Best meal we had in Seattle and one of best anywhere. Having spent 2 years near Seattle I knew the west coast oysters were never salty and firm like east coast and Gulf coast oysters but still tried one of the saltiest confirming my long standing opinion. However, the fried oysters and... More

Elliot Oyster House is hidden behind Café 56. Make sure you know which one you are visiting. The Oyster house is in a great locations, the water views are great. We visited for dinner, and sat outside. It was very nice. When the sun goes down, it is very romantic as well. My husband had never tried oysters before, so... More

This restaurant is located in a perfect place with the perfect food- If you are in the mood of good sea food, including oysters, you should go to Elliot's- Waiters were very attentive and the food quality very good- We had oysters outside the "r" season and were fabulous-

I dined at Elliott many times before and decided to go with a party of 5 for the progressive oyster happy hour. The management however decides to restrict seating for this deal to about 60 seats only in the bar lounge and a few tables outside while completes sections of the restaurant are empty. Of course there is no reservation... More

Seattle is great with happy hours. I am reviewing Elliot's solely based on going there for happy hour. We did get a little tricked since Elliot OYSTER BAR is hidden behind Cafe 56 so don't make the same mistake as us! Highlights - $1 oysters (3-4pm) every hour after that it goes up 0.50 until 6pm - mussels in cream... More

Not fancy but very pleasant. Great views of the city and the water. Our food was good, not wonderful, but people in our party had the oysters and reported them to be excellent. The service was superior and knowledgeable.

I was a bit disappointed when I arrived and was told they didn't have Salmon Chowder! So I ordered a few oysters, spicy crab and corn chowder and my husband ordered the clam chowder. The oysters and clam chowder were delicious, but the spicy crab and corn chowder was not spicy, full of corn and I didn't see a piece... More

We had eaten at Elliott's on our last visit to Seattle and were excited to go again. However, The waiter rushed us through our meal - trying to get us to order while he was opening our bottle of wine and the entrees came before we were finished with our salads. The salmon we ordered was raw, even though we... More

Enjoyed a fantasic dinner here with a few friends. The view on the water is outstanding and a lovely setting for dinner. We had one "picky" guest who was a bit trying and staff was very gracious. Everything from oysters to Copper River Salmon was wonderful and a everyone had a great time. A little pricy but unlike many places... More
