We unexpectedly landed in lower Queen Anne this Seattle trip. Were supposed to be downtown, so a bit "lost". Walking around the area to get a feel for it we stumbled across Floyd's. Got an excellent pitcher of ale for $11. Tuesday special is 25¢ wings. We took a bunch to go for the teens back at the apartment. The... More

Can't speak to anyone else's experience, but my son and I had a great lunch there today. 1/2 racks of ribs, lots and lots of very good fries, and good coleslaw. My son, who is a real beer hound, found a great IPA on tap. The service was friendly and not overly attentive. The ribs were bone sucking good, almost... More

I'm pretty sure we were the only Opera patrons who preceded the concert with a meal @ Floyd's Place, an OK Pub. Very little going on @Seattle Center, so though many Sports Bar type TVs, it wasn't loud & we sat near front window, which has some sound absortion devices on wall & ceiling. I had spcial of day- Blue... More

Went to Floyd's for a quick lunch. Was not over or under-whelmed, but felt that the experience was just okay. Beef brisket sandwich was served hot, with a pretty substantial portion of BBQ lathered beef. I thought the BBQ sauce was unusual -- didn't love it. Can't really identify why, but perhaps it just isn't sweet enough for my taste.... More

Stopped for a bite before a basketball game. Never been so tried the combo. This is not BBQ. Food tastes like they cook one day a week and then reheat the food the next six days. Had a Gin & tonic and the tonic was flat.............even the half off coupon didn't make this worth it.

Visited Floyd's before the sonics game began. A great place to hang out for beer and pool but not a place to have dinner, too noisy. Ordered BBQ...coleslaw tasted funny and BBQ ribs and chicken dry and not slow cooked with plenty of BBQ pour over the meat.

A nice pulled pork sandwich. Wouldn't go back unless invited.

Good beer selection. Can't comment on the food (besides the fries).

The BBQ here is mediocre- the wings were deep fried (unexpected). Still a cool joint to hang out at if you're going to an event at Key.
