As a nice change of pace, with fairly decent food, it's not bad. It's nice to pick your food out as you go, to eat until you're done. I like that.

Seattle is a city of great sushi, however Blue C Sushi doesn't exactly fit the trend. The sushi is purely average (not bad by any means), and the restaurant is more for the atmosphere and fun of it rather than the quality of the food. If you play it right, it's a great value.

Around 8:00 pm, we arrive at this restaurant, we were asked whether we want to seat at the table or counter. We've requested to have us seat at whichever location becomes available first. Then we were told to wait for 5 minutes, another group came in, and they got seated before us at the table. Which I kind of understand... More

Sushi, on a conveyor belt, in a restaurant modeled after the Tokyo subway system? Yes, Please! The wait staff and the manager was so accommodating for our large party (which was really a roadschool field trip - 5 adults, 10 kids). With the pay per plate system, we were able to budget (or not). Great atmosphere - great food =... More

We went on a Friday night and while busy we didn't feel rushed. The "sushi boat" concept is well played. Everything from seaweed salad to peanut noodles to edamame and the standards. Unlike too many sushi bars, the pieces are small enough to actually eat without choking. And FRESH fish. Plates priced between $2-$5, right in line. Other menu items... More

Blue C Sushi was an excellent experience. The sushi train allowed for us to try out multiple types of sushi for a lower price than most sushi restaurants. The staff was attentive and courteous. If there was a roll you wanted that wasn't currently on the train you could order it.

Amazing concept! Great sushi and great service. Had a blast! The price was decent and you can easily calculate what you've consumed. Would love to see the chain open a restaurant in Downtown Montreal! :)

Centrally located in downtown Seattle around corner of Convention Center: might explain the tourist attraction? Sushi is very "safe" --if you're not inclined to be adventurous, this is the place for you. Great service, decor, and music. Sushi leans towards made with mayo or cream cheese, so if an aficionado not the place for you. Lots of conveyor belt sushi... More

the conveyor belt approach to sushi was new to me. it's almost impossible to say no to the little plates of sushi as they pass you by. the salmon nigiri was especially good. I didn't have anything I didn't like. my one complaint was that I ended up spending 30 bucks for lunch!

two of us had lunch at Blue C sushi last week. We arrived at 1pm, service and staff were great, food was average. We were disappointed to see a number of items not being served, but the empty plates were still circulating on the belt. This highlighted their absence. I appreciated one of the staff behind the counter making sure our... More
