Blue C Sushi was an excellent experience. The sushi train allowed for us to try out multiple types of sushi for a lower price than most sushi restaurants. The staff was attentive and courteous. If there was a roll you wanted that wasn't currently on the train you could order it.

Amazing concept! Great sushi and great service. Had a blast! The price was decent and you can easily calculate what you've consumed. Would love to see the chain open a restaurant in Downtown Montreal! :)

Centrally located in downtown Seattle around corner of Convention Center: might explain the tourist attraction? Sushi is very "safe" --if you're not inclined to be adventurous, this is the place for you. Great service, decor, and music. Sushi leans towards made with mayo or cream cheese, so if an aficionado not the place for you. Lots of conveyor belt sushi... More

the conveyor belt approach to sushi was new to me. it's almost impossible to say no to the little plates of sushi as they pass you by. the salmon nigiri was especially good. I didn't have anything I didn't like. my one complaint was that I ended up spending 30 bucks for lunch!

two of us had lunch at Blue C sushi last week. We arrived at 1pm, service and staff were great, food was average. We were disappointed to see a number of items not being served, but the empty plates were still circulating on the belt. This highlighted their absence. I appreciated one of the staff behind the counter making sure our... More

Boring, anonymous and overpriced with a very poor service. I spent something like 40 dollars and felt still hungry afterwards. Only one visit was enough!

Have you seen sushi restaurants where the dishes are put on a conveyor belt and the run right by the sushi counter, or the tables? It's like an electric train of small plates. Kind of excites the kid in me. The night we went there though, there were too many missing plates. ie, the plate labeled spicy tuna sushi roll... More

My wife had never been to a conveyor belt sushi bar and I thought this place would work. I guess I was wrong. The generic sushi on the conveyor built did not impress nor fill me up. I think the prices were quite high but maybe because of the location. The conveyor belt was huge which could explain why some... More

This was my 1st visit to this restaurant. It was a new experience with the conveyer belt sushi line. I was a little disappointed in the price as it was high. The sushi was ok, but not over the top and definitely not for the price. The score is mainly for the experience and atmosphere vs the food itself.
