I was really expecting more from this restaurant, but with all the wonderful seafood venues in Seattle, this one did not make my list. In our party of eight, there were those that very much enjoyed the salads, grilled octopus, and seafood stew, but my cod was dry. Our server wasn't much into seeing that our needs were met. I... This is a great location and the restaurant was very impressive. Just what we were expecting when we booked for a birthday. We were seated at a very nice table overlooking the waterway. white tablecloths and friendly hostess. A nice birthday card was waiting at the table..... The server seemed to be not very interested in getting our order correctly,... More

Ponti Seafood is located at the water's edge. The ambience is 20th Century, and guests can actually talk over dinner without shouting. The food is outstanding. I had the seafood stew, and I would highly recommend it. The others i our party ordered scallops, halibut and salmon. Everyone was very satisfied with what they ordered. And service was friendly and... More

The view the food the atmosphere and eveything else is worth every penny for dining here. THe lobster shrimp and crab were out of this world pun intended. All i can say is the food is top level, eat here when in Seattle.

We were with a group so the food was ordered in advance. Crab egg rolls - so good - the best! Salmon and the salad - very delicious as well! Then the chocolate molten cake - heavenly. The wait staff was great and the only concern was the bathroom at 9 p.m. had no toilet paper. One of our top... More

I have been to this restaurant several times over the past few years and is is consistently the best, or at least among them, in Seattle. Located on the canal that runs between Puget Sound and Lake Union, this is a white napkin and leather kind of place. Watch the sailboats pass from two indoor dining areas or an outdoor... More

It has been a couple of years since I ate at Ponti's. Four of us came to celebrate a birthday. We were greeted warmly by the hostess and seated us at our waterside table on the deck. The table was decorated with flower petals and a birthday card signed by the staff. What a lovely touch! After enjoying our cocktails,... More

We followed the directions on our GPS and thought it was taking us to an industrial area and just as we were sure we were in the wrong location we arrive. The only parking is with the valet and from the outside you can't tell its on the water. We arrived for the end of happy hour and all the... More

perhaps it helped to have made 5:30 reservations on a gorgeous Seattle evening, so we beat the later, predictable rush. We were seated at a lovely table on the deck and enjoyed an excellent birthday dinner of 1st, shared calamari appetizer ($13), fixed mediterranean style with olives & wee tomatoes, not deep fried, then my generous serving of perfectly cooked...
