Ponti is a Old Seattle classic restaurant. The dining area and deck overlooks the Canal and the Fremont Bridge. Small and intimate, you can enjoy great food, enjoy a conversation and look at the passing ships as they traversed into or out of Lake Union. Off the beaten path, isolated this gem of a restaurant is one you should experience,... More

If you want a restaurant with wonderful seafood, a warm interior, nice view, and a romantic atmosphere or merely one where you can actually hear & have a conversation, and one with very good service, then Ponti's is for you. We recently visited during the Dine Around Seattle promotion, where one can get a three course menu for $33. Unlike... More

Our excitement to try this new local restaurant was quickly destroyed by our server, Chad. It's sad to think that the entire restaurant is sullied by one horrible server, but management can thank Chad. We came for restaurant week to scope out the place as it's a short walk from our house and were looking for a good long-term seafood... More

Every course of our dinner was wonderful, from the mussels in wine to the lava cake and everything in between. Truly exceptional curried seafood. The setting is amazing - right on the water between Fremont and Ballard. A romantic place for an excellent (albeit pricey) dinner.

On a recent trip to Seattle, we rented a home in the Queen Anne neighborhood and did not know where to go for dinner. Ponti Seafood Grill was one of the restaurants recommended by the homeowners and since it was not too far from where we were staying, we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised as... My wife and I were in town for vacation and enjoyed a outstanding meal at this restaurant. I highly recommend the halibut and pasta. Memorable dining on the Ship Canal"

Had a very pleasant dinner here, white table cloths, solid seafood, good service, not rushed. No problem parking, a GPS device would be useful, this is a bit of a drive out of Seattle and somewhat hard to find. Try to sit next to a window which overlooks a canal and a drawbridge. If the weather is really nice, there... More

Well, you just can't beat the view this establishment offers. The endless parade of boats parading to and fro past your window almost makes it difficult to focus your attention on your meal. BUT YOU SHOULD -- because the food here is excellent, some of the best seafood entrees I have encountered in the Pacific Northwest. The service was wonderful... More

A group of 6 of us had dinner here when in Seattle. The setting is lovely- they are on the canal, and have tables outdoors- very peaceful and pretty. We had delicious appetizers, and 5 of us ordered the same entree of scallops. The scallops were tasty, however the sear was a little lacking, perhaps because so many of us... More
