Every three months or so the place is redecorated and the menu redone, to reflect a regional theme. When we were there it was New Orleans, and Puerto Rico was next. Our waitress was delightful, the food was well prepared and reasonably priced, good beer selection. more

I've enjoyed the five spot for the last 20 years. Always prompt service, outstanding, "abundant" menu for the price and eccentric, but welcoming atmosphere and clientele with "good energy". Menu completely changes constantly, it can be all chinese one month then all italian the next. nice, easy going atmosphere. Nice location on the Queen Anne strip. more

The Five Spot generally has good service and is a fun place to eat with it's regional specials and down home menu. During their "Oregon" month, though, they had some real misses. One bleu cheese burger was inedible. I was told it was overcooked in order to cook the cheese which was inside the burger. I sure couldn't taste any... more

The 5 spot is one of the best places to go for brunch on the weekend. The Bloody Mary is a must, coupled with the biscuits and gravy. more
