Wonderful culinary experience

There is no menu here. The chef will ask you what you DON'T like, then serve you a lot of small dishes around those parameters. It is a unique tasting experience - pasta, salad, fish, chicken... whatever the chef is in the mood to make. This place is fantastic if you are open-minded and not a... read more

This restaurant is for those who want an adventure. There is no menu and it was a lot of fun seeing what was going to show up at the table. We had seven or eight tasting plates for approximately $30.00 per person, and this included several meat/fish courses, salad, pasta. Funky little place down by the marina. You get to... More

This was our first experience eating at a "no menu" restaurant, so my fiancee and I were a little nervous. That said, we embraced the idea and absolutely LOVED everything that was brought to us. We now rate it among our favorite places to eat in Seattle, and would 100% recommend it. Make sure you come hungry - they will... More

A large group of us went to Pasta Freska for a small reunion of sorts. 3 within the party had been there before, however the rest of us were new to the "Pasta Freska" experience. As we arrived we were quickly taken to our table where wine was immediately filling our glasses. The owner came by and visited with our... More

For a fixed price, the dishes keep coming. Everything we were served was very tasty. It was exciting to wait in anticipation for the next course. Special requests are honored with no issues. The house chianti was a fine complement to the meal. Keep in mind that dessert is an extra cost, but if you're still hungry by the then,... More

We went with family. When you go, you will be treated to multiple courses - ours included salad, an eggplant dish, pork that pulled away from itself, salmon, and great pasta, topped off with a great dessert. It changes from day to day, and you will not be disappointed!

We arrived after a long flight looking for a quick bite. We were made to feel very welcome. There is no menu, you just say what you don't like or have allergies to and they just don't include that. The fixed meal is 5 courses and costs under $30. We just had a plate of spaghetti in simple sauce- which... More

Mike asks you what you don't like and he brings or sends food to your table. I told Mike I don't like cooked fish but he convinced me to try a grilled salmon. It was amazing and I would eat it every day. The other three people at my table also got salmon, but each fixed differently. This is great... More

I love coming to Pasta Freska. You are greeted warmly by Chef Mike Horri and asked what you don't like. There is no menu but no need. They bring many small courses that are all delicious. I love the atmosphere. It reminds me of restaurants in Italy. Great for the whole family! It's my birthday go to place.

Was here on New Years Day of 2015 and loved it. Flew the wife up here from So Cal for her birthday......what an awesome experience. Mike is the owner, and greats all of the customers. With no menu to select from, this is really outside of our comfort zone, but we roll with it and it does not disappoint! I... More
