The menu has many vegetarian options, which I appreciated. It also has extensive meat options. I love food that is very hot and spicy. I have trouble finding it in the Northwest. Usually the flavor is blasted out by the hot spice or the food is not spicy enough. I often have to order chili oil on the side. Not... More

Sichuanese Chinese is easily the best Sichuanese food I have had outside of China. I used to live in Shaanxi province and the authentic food at this restaurant immediately brought the experience back to me. The restaurant itself is no-frills, and the service is very basic, but the food is so good that none of that will matter to you.... More

This is a "hole in the wall" restaurant. Parking can be tight, so sometimes we park on the next block. The food is amazing and pretty fast. With one round table and a number of rectangular tables, sometimes it's quite crowded. The food is freshly prepared from raw ingredients. My favorites are the eggplant and green bean dishes. Wonderful! Sometimes... More

Amazing food day. We shared multiple dishes and all were phenomenal. The eggplant took the award for best of the best, and I'm not an eggplant junky. Does anyone know if the Redmond location is owned by same people? Can't wait to revisit.

When we manage to get off our island my favorite travel companion starts making little whimpering noises about how she hasn't had Chinese food in years... And so it's off to Sichuanese Cuisine, a hole in the wall in the International District with all the glamor of a phone booth (remember those?), parking that is chaotic and inadequate -- and... More

Great food. Kind of a hole in the wall but down home, Sichuan food. The real thing. Try the dry fried string beans that are mixed with small pieces of fried chicken. The green veggies were great too. The staff was very friendly.

Best Chinese food I've had in years. Obviously a well-loved popular place. Would return without question. Location is a problem. It's in a little mall --- hard to find on a rainy night. Not much parking --- and the place is too small for the crowd it brings in! Those are the only drawbacks.

Spicy, savory, crispy, yummy...perhaps a bit oily, but still awesome!!!! Unremarkable stripmall location, decor is nothing special, but oh, yummy, yummy. Super inexpensive too! Service is always friendly and efficient. Dishes I heartily recommend: Cilantro chicken Pepper tofu The green bean dish Fish pot

Authentic Chinese food (a bit greasy for some Americans).
