When travelling, often the best restuarants are slightly off the beaten path. We've been named "Hidden Gem" by Seattle Magazine, not just for spectacular Italian Food but a gorgeous view of Downtown Seattle. Chef-owned, our casual little place is just 10 minutes from Downtown (just a quick exit from I-90 onto Rainier Ave S -- careful, the exit comes up FAST from downtown). Free Parking and a really cool Solstice Park (with sunset marker stones) just steps North of our building is the Cherry on top! Welcome!

Saturday night dinner with my wife and three kids (9 - 13). I started with a ginger squash soup and had the NY strip with gnocchi that was a special. Everything was perfect. Kids loved their fettuccini Alfredo and pepperoni pizza (picky kid approved!). Cozy, comfortable, and vibrant "neighborhood Italian" atmosphere paired with terrific service. We will absolutely return.

Tried this restaurant as it has a very good/excellent rating here on Trip Advisor. Showed up early for our reservation and they were gracious enough to accommodate us. Our server was quick and helpful, and our food arrived promptly. Our meals were above average for Italian fare. The restaurant itself is cozy and casual and is located near Lake Washington.... More

The host at our B&B recommended this restaurant to us and we liked it so much we returned the following evening. Guy and Jill were our servers and they were both so nice and made our visit an enjoyable one. The food and service are both excellent. We will definitely return when in Seattle on another visit.

This is a good Italian restaurant that very few people who live here know anything about. It's up on a ridge looking west with wonderful views of the city and the sound. The service is very good. I had not been in quite some time and was happy to see that it is still the wonderful place that I remembered.... More

I've lived in Seattle for over 30 years and never had heard of this restaurant - what a gem! A dear friend sent us to dinner here as a thank you gift and now I look forward to returning again and again. It's unpretentious aesthetically, with the most amazing, authentic Italian dishes. Our group enjoyed two appetizers: mussels in pesto... More

We live over an hour away & this is definitely worth the drive! The food is fantastic and tastes like an Italian grandma handmade it for you. The waiters are the best I've ever had (friendly, prompt, attentive but don't hover, etc.) The view of Seattle is nice too.

The food is as good as in Italy itself, with excellent ingredients, great wine choices, and a view to die for, especially if you snag a seat by the back windows. Definitely will come again as soon as we're back in Seattle. Great service too. Can I give it 6 stars???

My wife and I have dined here several times. We like Italian food... "That's Amore!" has never let us down! Across the board, the dishes have been consistently good, in both quality and quantity. While the menu items are very tasty, be sure to listen to the daily specials. We slide off of our menu pick over to a special... More
