Yum!

This place is great. Veg/Vegan fare, lots of options, really delicious food. The staff is great, the restaurant is always clean and has a great vibe, and is open fairly late. I dine here often when I'm in Seattle and recommend it for anyone who is looking for good, healthy, vegetarian options.

Not only was the food excellent and made fresh, the ambiance was typical Seattle. With plenty of menu options, I elected to get the enchiladas made with tomato flax tortillas with spiced vegetables and mango pico de gallo. The service was excellent as well!

We're very fortunate to have a Chaco Canyon near us in West Seattle. With it being so close by, we love to go out for a weekend walk and either stop by for a gluten-free muffin or a full-on healthy brunch. But lunch and dinner are excellent as well. The only thing that would make it a tad better for... More

There on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy. I 'm thinking "bus your own table" doesn't really work here. Not a clean table to sit at and many of them hadn't been cleared. When we asked for a cloth to wipe off the table it came from a bucket under the counter on the floor. Hmmm. And color me... More

My sister-in-law and I ate here for brunch on a Saturday morning. We were so excited to try this and we weren't disappointed. We split the Eggless Mushroom Spinach Quiche and the Tempeh Bacon & Scramble. I got the Gingerbread scone and the Hot Apple Cider. My sis got the Immune Boost juice. One of the cooks came out and... A friend who lives in Seattle suggested we go for lunch. I could not have been more pleased, though had we been pressed for time it might not have been our best choice. I had a small serving of the Thai peanut bowl and wonder how large the large would have been for this was ample for lunch and had... More

Stopped for breakfast before leaving town. Best muffin I have ever eaten, and a very tasty berry smoothy. Also was impressed with business policies, such as you can buy an "extra" cup of coffee to be given to customer who needs a hand. Also a give what you can soup offering.

I've had a lot of smoothies in my day and Chaco canyon smoothies are delicious! they use agave nectar as sweetener and coconut rice milk to blend a think juicy smoothie. the smoothies are flavorful and you can taste each ingredient which is awesome! the atmosphere is nice and the service is friendly. the only downside is their large is... The best restaurant in Seattle. It is vegetarian organic but the dishes taste like meat and look like meat and my meat eating friend didn't believe it was all vegetarian. The dishes are big portions and have a lot of great flavor, nothing bland

There's a sign that says be patient, slow food takes a while. I get that, and I can accept it. And even though I have waited 30 minutes for a salad and cold sandwich, the food has been pretty good. But waiting 25 minutes for a smoothie that requires no freshly prepared ingredients is just lazy service. As much as... More
