We just found this place by chance and happy we did! The restaurant looked very inviting from the outside they had seating and a very nice patio area and the inside was very nice and welcoming as well. There was a buffet going on during the lunch hour so we decided to try it. So happy we did! The food... More

Not much to say here. The food was ok but not remarkable. The flavors were rather bland in comparison to great Indian restaurants I have dined in.

There's nothing remarkable about this place. Food, service, atmosphere all very average. It wasn't bad, but wasn't great. Just...average.

After enjoying the many cool shops and galleries in Wallingford Center, check out the Indian restaurant downstairs. Decent service and great food. A full Indian menu with lots of chicken, lamb, and vegetarian dishes. Look to the back of the menu for a full organic menu as well. Plenty of gluten-free options. Don't miss the Thali platters that provide a... More

Dinner was very good with great mango margarita. Very Good service. What really made me happy though was the fact that they my take home food containers were biodgradable...even the plastic bag. If everyone used biodegradeable plastic what a cleaner world we would live in! Thank you so much Chutney's for leading the pack on this!

The buffet at lunch time is wonderful, probably the best bargain to be found in Seattle for good Indian food. The full menu is quite varied and uniformly good; with special praise for the Chicken Tikka Masala as well the many great vegitarian dishes. Inside is a full bar next to an intimate dining area with candlelit booths and tables... More

This restaurant states on its signs that it serves organic food but that is not the case. They have a separate menu for organic food and you have to ask for that menu------but no one knows when they walk in that they have to ask for the separate menu for the organic entrees. People come to the restaurant thinking that... More

Chutney's Chicken Tikka Masala ~ MMMMMMMMMM!!! We've been coming to Chutney's for our Indian takeout fix for eight years now, and their Chicken Tikka and Chicken Tikka Masala simply can't be beat!. We routinely try new Indian places everywhere throughout Seattle and also wherever we travel, but I generally end up comparing other places to Chutney's and Chutney's wins. Now,... More

I moved to the Wallingford area about six months ago and I was excited to have an Indian restaurant within walking distance. I'm used to cold impersonal service; which I can handle. However, after once a week visits for the first four months, I never saw a glimmer of recognition or memory of my ordering habits from the food servers.... More
