I've only been lucky enough to eat at Paseo once... the other times, they were out of food! And when it's gone...they close for the day. The sandwiches are amazing....i rated the service bad b.c it's like the "Soup Nazi"...order & move outta the way... but that kind of gives it some charm. Just don't expect friendly service. But the... more

used to ride the bus by and the smell of roasting meat and garlic would set my mouth watering. i finally tried it. worth every penny. HUGE sandwiches. fantastic selection. have yet to be disappointed. very crowded, but i like the whole greasy spoon atmosphere of it. Seattle is a city, and Fremont a neighborhood, meant to be walked through.... more

I was really looking forward to this place after all the hype i have read on TA. Know this ahead of time people they are CLOSED on Sunday and Monday! dont make the same mistake i did and show up looking for grub on these days. Located in the Funky little area known as Fremont, which has so much personality... more

We went to Hiram Chitterden and then walked over to Paseo. Its about a 15 minute brisk walk. It has no signs, its just a pink hut in the middle of the side pavement! Luckily for us there was no line (we were there about 11.50am) so we checked out the menu and ordered. I ordered the Tofu Con Gusto... more

Stopped by for lunch after landing in Seattle based on TA reviews. Ordered the #2 Cuban Roast Pork sandwich. It was the best Pork sandwich I have ever had! Better than Maurice's BBQ in South Carolina (which is great too). My wife had the Grilled Prawn sandwich and she agreed the Cuban Roast is the best. The line was fairly... more

Visited Paseo on a trip to Seattle based on the reviews found here. It's a very small hole-in-the-wall with no sign, so it was VERY helpful to google map the location and see a street view so we knew what we were looking for (they also have a photo on their website). We arrived around 11:30 a.m. and there was... more

We were visiting Seattle and read the review on Tripadvisor. We had no idea it could be as good as everyone had described it as being. It's probably better to head there earlier in the day as they were out of most of everything when we arrived, about 30 minutes before they closed. We ordered the #12 and #22 which... more

This place serves the best pulled pork sandwich. It is unique with pulled pork, lettice, and a special cilantro mayonaise. The sandwiches were a bit expensive for a hole-in-the-wall place (7 or 8 bucks per sandwich). The seating area is very small as there are only 5 tables. When driving here, drive slowly as the place is very small and... more
