I don't think Paseo's needs another rave review. I first went 2-3 years ago, it was a cold rainy Seattle day and I waited in line for about an hour. We were fortunate to find seating and proceed to inhale the monstrosity happily. Sometimes when back home I'd actually miss this sandwich, there is nothing like it. Came back to... More

You should go here. Their sandwiches are incredible. I got the chicken breast sandwich. It was 100% worth the wait and the crowd. We walked to a park down the street to eat. Great meal!

Like many I'd heard of this place through TripAdvisor, Anthony Bourdain's "The Layover", etc. My friend ate here about a year ago and told me it was the "best sandwich he's ever had!" I couldn't hardly believe that so while in Seattle last week I finally had the opportunity to check it out for myself. My wife and I were... More

Curious, unassuming building/location. The long line must mean it is worth trying. Sure enough it was worth trying and returning every time you visit the area. This was one of the best sandwiches ever. Flavors were excellent. Onions perfectly carmelized. The chicken sandwich was a little moister than the pork. Really enjoyed the black beans and rice also. Don't pass... More

Let us start by saying that sandwiches are usually not the most exciting meal in the world. But you must understand that Paseo does not make regular Joe-Schmo sandwiches... they make amazingly delicious food that just happens to be served in a bun. When some friends brought us to Paseo, the tantalizing smell of grilled onion, spices, and secret marinades... More

I had a sandwich of delicious scallops overwhelmed with two large onions; perhaps I should I say I had a sandwich of onions with a hint of scallops. Maybe this is the way it is done in the Caribbean but it was simply not worth the wait and the price. Despite my own opinion, this establishment is clearly well thought... More

NOTE: This Paseo location is at 6226 Seaview Ave. Ballard This street front, off beach location of Paseos in Ballard is very casual, with only outside dining. The food is outstanding and very reasonably priced. If you get your meal to go, you can walk down the path across the street (follow the paddle boarders) to the small public beach... More

I loved this big messy pork sandwich, the bread was fabulous the pork tender and tasty and onions saturated in fat. We didn't have to wait long in line and got a table . My husband was not as thrilled with the sandwich as I was. Remember cash only! Close proximity to our motel. Glad I ate here.

We drove by this place and noticed a long line. So we parked up the street and walked back down to it, the smell will also call you into this place. The line moved quickly, there is very little seating inside this place, like three tables? Maybe? So you stand in line, tell the guy your order and go stand... More

A friend of ours gave us a tip to call in ahead to avoid the long line (we went to the Fremont location). We called ahead but it was futile (not to mention frustrating because the music playing in the background is so loud you have to repeat your order and name at least 3x and pray the guy on... More
