A must visit.

I was in the Pacific Northwest for a week and would be swinging by Seattle on two different days, the first day after giving up on finding parking downtown, I took a friendly recommendation and headed to Paseo Caribbean Sandwiches, and tried what ended up being the greatest sandwich I've ever... read more

I read lots of good reviews about this place and decided to try it. It was just ok. I had the pork plate (#18), which was good but the meat was kind of dry.

This was stop #2 on our self created food tour (after Salumi). Had read quite a bit about the place, and overall it lived up to the hype. We were there on a Thursday afternoon and had no problems finding street parking. Also were able to get a table (for 2 people) in spite of it being a little crowded... More

This is the greatest sandwich I have ever had in my life. I have dreams about this sandwich. Wait in line, spend the money, make the trip. How is something so good you might say? I have no idea, I wanted to cry though. The best sandwich you will ever get guaranteed. Caribbean Roast Sandwich. Get one.

Awesome Gem in the great little neighborhood of Fremont. While the inside was absolutely jam packed and the couple chairs outside were occupied I scored it without much of a line. I try to hit it up every time I get to Seattle. I got the Paseo Press-pork nestled atop sweet banana peppers, draped with sheer slices of smoked ham,... More

Amazing hole-in-the-wall sandwiches that are worth the wait. When you pull up to this place in the neighborhood of Fremont in Seattle, WA you won't be sorry. At first you may not even see the small pink colored eatery driving by because they don't even have a sign outside. The only thing you will notice is a line of people... More

Decided to visit after local friend's reccomandation. Found the food without salt and really nothing special. Wouldn't even put it in the top 20 of the cuban foods i've eaten, and i've probably only been 21 times.

We decided to drop by on a hot Friday night, though friends warned us of long lines and a shortage of bread (sometimes completely out of bread). To our delight no lines and lots of bread. The hold up was the person in front of us asking lots of questions about the menu...ugh! But the cashier was nice and patient... More

Had lunch with my family based on past reviews. I had high expectations, but they were more than fulfilled! Great sandwiches filled with all good stuff: meat, cheese, herbs, sauces...and onions! Big chunks, perfectly fried until it's sweet man-candy. And lots of it, too! The line wasn't long, and no difficulties in finding a spot to sit outside the restaurant.... More
