The cuban pork sandwich was very good. I went on a friend's suggestion, but had to scramble to an ATM upon learning they only take cash. When you're in demand you can do silly things like not take a credit card, so that's my only complaint. There was nowhere to sit, but again, the food was good, so I didn't... More

The line can be long but it moves quickly and if you are willing to wait, you will be rewarded. There are quite a few options however I've always enjoyed the Cuban. I just wish they were open all year round (closed during the winter) as its hard to pass this place up for a quick and extremely delicious bite.

I had the chicken breast sandwich, my son had the smokin' thigh sandwich, and my wife had the most popular pulled pork sandwich. Fantastic. The baguette type of rolls are bigger than others, and very good. All the food was great. Seating is outdoor only, picnic style, bees and all. Not a problem though. Definitely going back!

When we first moved to Seattle, we asked the locals what the best restaurants in town were, and Paseo came up over and over again. This is probably one of Seattle's best kept "secrets" in the sense that all the locals rave about it, but tourists rarely hear about it because it isn't in the downtown area. There are two... More

I heard about this little gem long before I actually tried it. The first time I went, I didn't get there in time to make it through the door, but the following time I was more strategic. It was so very much worth the effort and the wait. And I have now been back several times. My favorite way to... More

I always make it a point to eat here whenever I go to Seattle. It is ALWAYS busy, and ALWAYS worth the wait. It's pretty much a hole in the wall, but that's how you know it's legit. I often get cravings for that caribbean roast sandwich and wish so badly that Paseos could open one in Vancouver and save... More

very simple and very good. They have a food truck location and a take out on Fremont Street. I'm not a big Caribbean food fan, but even I liked it so, that says something.

My husband and I have ate at this restaurant, hole in the wall, many times, never disappointed. There are 2 restaurants nearby,Fremont has a few seats for dine in, the one on Seaview does not. People still come from miles away to eat for good reason. Closed Sunday and Monday. Caribbean roast is my favorite. For a light eater you... More

I am new to Seattle. A friend of mine took me to this place, prefacing not to be deterred by the crowd waiting in line for their turn. I was not impressed. Wait, and for sandwich? But I played along. We waited for almost 30 minutes. The place is very very basic, nothing fancy. It doesn't even have a display... More

There are two locations. We visited the shop in the middle of a residential neighborhood. Relied upon address to find the location. Store front is unmarked but reading from reviews and the food you understand why. The line can get long (down the street and around the city block) for the small Caribbean restaurant. Due to the size, one should... More
