We had no problems getting a table when we got there about 10 minutes after they had opened, but by the time we left, folks were waiting for a table, so go early if you can. We had a wonderful dinner with the best lamb shank that was so tender it fell off the bone. Husband had a delicious prawn... More

The drive on Beach Drive to Alki Beach in West Seattle is scenic. The food at La Rustica does not disappoint. There's a nice dining patio, but we sat inside. The dining room's decor has Old World charm. We had veal wrapped prawns and pancetta wrapped prawns. They were delicious!

Everything here was great - ambience, service, quality of food. The staff were most accommodating when some of our party were running late, and kept the rest of us well looked after while we waited. All six of us really enjoyed our main dishes from the fabulous menu, and dessert was yummy, too. This restaurant was recommended by a local... More

La Rustica is the perfect "small, local, family run Italian restaurant" in the West Seattle. It is reasonably priced. The wine list is impressive, but the house wines are really excellent if you're not in to ordering a bottle. The staff is great. Everything is cooked to perfection. My husband had their lamb shank special and it was outstanding. This... More

This is a lovely and friendly family run restaurant in West Seattle by the ocean. We had seafood pastas and they were delicious. Very good bread that arrived quickly. Nice wine selection. Excellent Tiramisu

This place is my favorite Italian restaurant. Me, my wife and kids have been here many times over last 8 years. It is situated in a very nice spot in west Seattle and in summer the place is blooming with flowers. We are vegetarians and there isn't much option. However, the options they have are very good. I always stick... More

Service was very good. Waiter explained specials and offered advice on menu foods. We enjoyed an Italian merlot, two appetizers and various main courses. Canolies and lemon cake for desert. Neapolitan love songs playing in the background. Very small with limited seating located across the street from Elliot Bay.

This place came recommended by some locals during our latest trip to Seattle in March 2014. We swung in just after 5pm on Sunday night and was surprised to find plenty of seating. It was nice to see locals hanging out and someone pop-in just to tell the staff there was a bald eagle across the street. Only in Seattle,... More

Having lived in Italy for five years, I usually avoid Italian restaurants in this country but went as part of a birthday celebration for a friend. Pros: Decent ambiance although the the dining area is small, crowded, and noisy. Service was good. There is also outside dining for the summer months. Cons: Food was mixed. Chinghiale in an agrodolce sauce... More

This family owned Italian restaurant is hidden around the corner from the busy part of Alki Beach. Great food, excellent service, crowded in a good way. Prepare to wait, they don't take resos.
