We had lunch here on our recent trip into Seattle. It is close to Pike Place, so very convenient, and my husband had read about it, and he is Irish. The best thing about it is that it had Harp on tap, very hard to find out West. The lunch menu is very limited, prices are good, and service was... More

We selected this pub because I enjoy Guiness and they have it on tap. We stopped here for a drink and to relax before heading to another part of town for dinner. The beer was great. There is no atmosphere. The bartender was very friendly. I would have preferred different music, but other than that, it was an interesting stop... More

Stop in and have an inexpensive happy hour snack and a beer. Excellent atmosphere (more local than tourist) The bartenders are sweet and witty. Good food and lots of fun.

We came across this pub whilst looking for a bar to drink in for the evening and beyond. The staff are very friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced but this is in no way a plausible Irish bar. Aside from the usual Guiness mirror, the large wooden bar and the Irish flag - the connection to Ireland really ends... More

The only reason I went here was to meet up with the Wonkette group (www.wonkette.com) at their annual Seattle Drinky Thing that took place at the Blarney Stone on June 1st. Their happy hour looked interesting so we arrived early to partake. Upon entering, I was hit with a urine smell that thankfully, dissipated as the evening wore on, but... More

On our first trip to Seattle, my wife and I decided to hit an Irish Pub for dinner one night. Staying at Hotel Andra, we wanted to stay close because it was raining and cold. The Blarney seemed like a nice Pub/Bar when we walked in. We ordered Sheppard’s Pie and Corned Beef w/Cabbage. The food was acceptable, and the... More

I was visiting Seattle and went to the Blarney Stone because I had a Groupon. After going there I understand why they needed to offer Groupons to get business. It is crappy little dive bar with food that is mediocre at best. The drinks were fine but it is hard to mess up beer. A clearly disturbed homeless man who... More

We went about 5pm on a Friday. The place wasn't too busy, found a booth with no problem. The Irish Stew was amazing! I would definitely recommend that dish.

I was in town for a friend's birthday party, and we wound up celebrating at The Blarney Stone. The staff was great, and the karaoke was fun. But it felt more like a sports bar than a pub, with the Sounders game blasting on all of the TV's. The food was okay, but the drinks were great.
