I dined here alone for lunch one day. The salmon was good and fresh, but not great (Shucker's, just down the street, was a lot better). Bread served ONLY ON REQUEST (thought this was strange). The waiter was really too chatty. I was alone, with a book, but preferred it that way. I was told the Pellegrino small and large... More

If it's fresh oysters, outstanding seafood and a great beer or wine, The Brooklyn is the place in Seattle. Have tried a number of the entree's over a 6 month period, recommend the local Oysters, the Scallops, and the Salmon. The wine is representative of the Pacific Northwest with some reasonable chardonnays and Merlot.

A relaxed atmosphere paired with great food made for a lovely night out. It isn't a cheap place, but a place to have a quiet night out. My wife and one of our friends had the halibut, first of the season, I had the tenderloin, while our other friend had a steak Oscar. All excellent choices and cooked to perfection,... More

We stopped here after a Sunday matinee concert at Benaroya Hall. Very nice cocktails and they had a great fresh oyster selection. We had several small Happy hour plates and everything was great. The Clam Chowder was everything you could want, nice flavorful sea stock, bacon good clams.. Well done. Excellent wine selection even by the glass and the oyster... More

Great selection of oysters, seafood, and wine. Nice location downtown in an older building. Comfortable and private booth seating.

This is a great restaurant to visit for Seafood and Steaks. It's in the heart of the city and if you visit please try the oysters or the scallops. Both are amazing and you won't regret the trip!!! Delicious!!!

This little gem was recommended from our hotel and we were glad we went and checked it out. We decided to start out with the bread and oil and it was amazing. This had to be one of the best oils I have ever had. I wish I felt the same way about the rest of the meal. We had... More

My husband and I were in Seattle for only two days on our way to Alaska. The fact that we chose to return to the Brooklyn for lunch the following day and then dinner on our way back speaks volumes about how much we really enjoyed this experience. Every dish that we tried was better than the last and I... More
