The Greek style breakfast sandwich is simply the best. If I'm going to abandon my 1200 calorie a day diet, it has to be for something worthwhile - and this is it! And those crispy country potatoes are addicting. Now, I just have to do a return visit for the house made granola and yogurt or the rustic french toast... More

I ate at Vios Cafe at Third Place Books in the Ravenna neighborhood of Seattle for the first time today. My wife and I had lunch. She had the lamb souvlaki plate with salad and I had a falafel sandwich and a cup of lentil soup. Everything was excellent and I think it was the best lentil soup that I've... More

Here after a neighborhood intergenerational event with family while visiting Seattle. Classic Greek gyro with "special French fries," lentil soup, and salad. Attentive server and service. I will come back.

Great for breakfast if you are in the neighborhood. We were staying just down the street at a B&B and this was a short walk away. We went there twice - once for breakfast around 9am on a Sat. and then back the next day for a coffee and muffin at 8am. Both times we were greeted warmly, served promptly.... More

Have been here several times and unfortunately the portions don't seem to be keeping up with the prices. Food is good, with some unusual & tasty items, but over-priced. Location at one end of a bookstore is a plus, especially if you have to wait for someone you're meeting!

Had lunch with a biz Associate. The food was great, the service great, and was most comfortable to visit and talk biz. Look forward to next time

A funky little place with a play area for children. All our meals were very tasty and the wait staff was so pleasant. The menu gave you the chance to do an appetizer trio. We had hummus, tzatziki and a tapenade which were served with pita. For entrees we had a spicy shrimp salad and a wonderful greek garlic chicken.... More

The food was good but not outstanding. Prices were affordable. Clean and simple decor. Good for families and smalll groups. A nice addition to the Ravenna neighborhood.

Although we prefer the cozy pub downstairs, this is a great place to hang out. Large windows, wifi, books, and great food! Service is prompt and friendly, be sure to check on specials. We have never had a bad meal here. Close to the UW. Parking lot can be tight on weekend afternoons, but there is always plenty of street... More

For an informal friendly lunch-time get-together, Vios is hard to beat. Three old friends catching up with one another over a leisurely meal enjoyed a hearty chicken-laden avgolemono, a quiche boasting excellent pastry, and an orzo salad with eggplant. Each of us was happy with what we chose; the servers were helpful with advice and with a little tea spill;... More
